Abstract
With the increasing competition of domestic and international market, the
pressure of electric company and many industries is increasing. Facing the fierce and
complex competition environment, the company should maintain the competitive
advantage. Besides developing technology and integrating resources, the competition
of talents has become the core of competition in various industries. Employees need to
be unsatisfied, and constant hunger and thirst are not conducive to creating a good
corporate atmosphere, and motivation is the process of satisfying the needs.
Based on E electric company as the research object, using the incentive theory to
E electrical generalizes the company employees incentive mechanism present situation,
points out the incentive mechanism of E electric current exist unreasonable material
incentive, spiritual incentive value degree is low, competition out incentive problems,
and there is a deviation from the understanding of the managers on incentive
mechanism, management and employees lack of communication and the existing
disadvantages of competition mechanism analysis of the causes of the problem.
According to the incentive theory in this paper, the E electric company employees
incentive mechanism improvement scheme is put forward, which determines the goal,
the principle of improvement ideas, improve and improve the content, and put forward
