摘要
二十世纪八十年代以来，我国旅游业发展实现了从短缺型到井喷型的跨越。
“十二五”期间，旅游业更是上升到国家战略高度，未来将成为我国战略性支柱
产业。《十三五旅游发展规划纲要》的出台、供给侧结构性改革的展开以及“全
域旅游”思想的提出，更进一步的助推了区域旅游产业的规模发展、结构优化与
提质増效。在这一背景下，深入研宄区域旅游产业在多维度下的发展变化，发现
演进变化过程中的问题对于区域旅游产业的健康发展以及更好的释放产业辐射
带动作用具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。
既有文献研究的重点在于产业的规模或效率对于区域经济的影响关系与作
用程度，主要涉及金融投资领域、城市发展领域等，尽管揭示了规模或者效率与
经济发展的影响关系，但鲜有关于规模变量与效率变量在演进过程中的发展变化
与相互关系的研宄及其如何优化规模与效率。总结国内外在相关领域研宄成果的
基础上，文章试图以旅游产业作为研宄对象，并以武陵山片区限定为研宄的区域
范围，分别运用规模研宄方法、效率评价方法，对区域旅游产业在规模、效率纬
度下随时间的发展变化定量评价，在此基础上，借助空间可视化分析工具ArcGIS
分析武陵山片区旅游产业空间上的演进与关系，并利用投影分析、结构洞理论进
一步优化产业规模与效率的演进。
研宂发现：当前阶段，武陵山片区旅游产业规模的相对集聚程度仍然较髙，
旅游规模发展的差异性仍然较大，旅游规模密度总体具有降低的趋势；武陵山片
区旅游产业的整体发展效率水平偏低，但随时间演进表现出正向提高；空间可视
化下旅游产业规模与效率之间存在一定的关系，整体规模的集聚与整体效率的相
对低效对应；投影分析显示武陵山片区存在投入冗余或产出不足；从空间关系角
度得出片区内旅游产业在空间上的有效规模水平随时间演进逐渐增加，但是效率
性却呈现出相反的变化。
通过以上分析结论，得出几点建议：武陵山片区要充分发挥传统旅游目的地
县市的规模效应，形成多点连线，以线构面的发展；适度提高规模效率对综合效
率的贡献；在以增长极型旅游县市为核心的外延式发展过程中，要充分利用好交
通区位优势，吸引更多的旅游流量；根据规模报酬的变化趋势可以有效的改善产
业发展效率的正向演进；旅游县市在空间上明显的强联系的基础上，也要注重弱
联系的发展。

Abstract
Sincethereformandopeningup，Chinahasachievedhistoricleapsintourism
andithasdevelopedfromacountryshortoftourismintoabigtourismcountry．
Duringthe＾TwelfthFive－year，9period，thetourismindustryhasfullyintegratedinto
thenationalstrategicsystem，andimprovedtotheforefrontofnationaleconomic
construction，andnowitisastrategicpillarindustryofthenationaleconomy．The
releaseofthe“13thFive－YearPlanforTourismDevelopment”，thesupplyside
structuralreformandtheideaof4tall－for－onetourism，5havefurtherpromotedthescale
development，structuraloptimizationandqualityimprovementoftheregionaltourism
industry．Inthiscontext，itisofgreattheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetostudythe
developmentandchangeoftheregionaltourismindustryinmanydimensions，andthe
emergenceofproblemsintheprocessofevolutionareimportantforthehealthy
developmentofregionaltourismindustryandthebetterreleaseofindustrialradiation．
Thefocusoftheexistingliteratureresearchliesintherelationshipamongthe
size，structureorefficiencyoftheindustryandtheextentoftheimpactontheregional
economy．Andtheyaremainlyrelatedtothefieldsoffinancialinvestment，urban
development，etc．Althoughtherelationshipbetweenscaleorefficiencyandeconomic
developmenthasbeenrevealed，thereislittleresearchontherelationshipbetween
scalevariablesandefficiencyvariablesintheevolutionprocessandhowtooptimize
therelationshipbetweenscaleandefficiency．Basedontheresearchresultsofrelated
fieldsathomeandabroad，thepaperregardsthetourismindustryastheresearch
object，andtheWulingMountainareaistheregionalscopeofthestudy．Thescale
researchmethod，theefficiencyevaluationmethodandthenetworkstructureanalysis
methodareapplied．Quantitativeanalysisisgivenofthedevelopmentofthree
dimensionsalongwithtimeinthisarea．Onthisbasis，thespatialarcanalysistool
ArcGISisusedtoanalyzethespatialevolutionandrelationshipofthetourism
industryinthearea，andtheprojectionanalysisandstructuralholetheoryareusedto
furtheroptimizetheevolutionoftheindustrialscaleandefficiency，andtheevolution
ofindustrialscaleandefficiencyisfurtheroptimizedbyprojectionanalysisand
structuralholetheory．
Theresultsofthestudyarelistedasfollows：Atthecurrentstage，therelative
agglomerationoftourismindustryinWulingMountainAreaisstillrelativelyhigh，
