当前,钢铁行业正处于产能过剩,企业产品转型升级的关键时期。企业的人
力资源对企业未来的发展至关重要。本文以鞍钢实业集团为例,运用工商管理方
面的理论知识,来分析归纳企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,并且提出一些方法
和建议。全文共分五章,第一章为绪论,介绍论文研究的背景和意义;本文研究的
创新之处;以及本文研究的研究思路、框架与方法。第二章,是有关人力资源管理
的理论概述,包括人力资源的基本理论和人力资源管理的基本理论。第三章,总
结了鞍钢实业集团人力资源管理的现状,人力资源配置情况。第四章,指出鞍钢
实业集团人力资源管理存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因。第五章,根据鞍钢
实业集团人力资源管理的现状提出解决对策

In today&39;s high-speed development of global economic integration, the competition
between the enterprises more outstanding performance for the competition of human
resources, human resources development and management is more and more attention
by enterprises, has become the core content of modern enterprise management, through
human resources developm ent and m anagement and estab lish the enterprise&39;s
competitive advantage has becom e a consensus. Only ef fective development and
scientific management and use of hum an resources reasonably, truly m obilize the
enterprise staff&39;s work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, make full play of the human
potential, enterprise to hold on to th e market competition of the initiative and a strong
core competitiveness; To continually e xpand the scale of operation and continuous
improve the economic benefit, make oneself in an impregnable position.
At present, the steel industry is in excess capacity, critical period of transformation
and upgrading of enterprise products. Enterprise&39;s human resources is very important to
enterprise&39;s development in the future. In anshan iron and steel i ndustrial group as an
example, the business management theory knowledge, to analyze the problems existing
in the enterprise hum an resources management, and puts forward some m ethods and
Suggestions. The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction,
introduce the research background and meaning; In this paper, we study the innovation;
And in this paper , we study the research idea, framework and methods. The second
chapter, it is the overview of human resource managem ent theory, including the basic
theory of human resources and the b asic theory of human resources management. The
third chapter, anshan iron and steel i ndustrial group are summ arized the present
situation of the human resource management, human resource configuration. The fourth
chapter, points out that th e anshan iron and steel indus trial group hum an resources
management problems and the reasons for these problems. The fifth chapter, according
to the status quo of anshan iron and steel industrial group human resources management
countermeasures are put forward.
