摘要
随着我国老龄化程度不断加深，老年人的养老问题备受关注。当前家庭结
构的转变，老年人的不同层次的养老需求与传统养老模式之间构成了矛盾局势，
养老政策和养老服务的完善以及养老模式的创新整合迫在眉睫。在此背景下，
我国多样化的养老模式具有广阔的市场前景和巨大的可投资潜力。针对此现状，
在综合剖析国内外成功养老模式，基于我国现阶段养老模式存在的问题，结合
保险投资在养老产业中的管理现状和问题分析，通过 Q 项目的实践和分析，进
一步提出相应的投资管理的建议，以期为保险投资在养老领域提供理论和实践
借鉴

论文首先对养老模式的相关概念进行辨析，对相关理论基础进行阐述。其
次运用历史考察法、SWOT 分析方法和案例研究法对国内外成功的养老模式进
行剖析。其中，运用历史考察法和对国内外养老模式的发展历程进行考察分析，
发现其养老模式阶段性的问题与对策；运用 SWOT 分析方法研究国内外养老模
式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，总结成功经验，分析不足所在，结合国内外的
环境形势，研究其可借鉴的地方；与此同时，运用案例研究法研究国内外成功
的养老+地产模式项目，研究其成功的市场背景、政策条件和运营模式，为我国
养老模式的发展提供借鉴。然后基于保险投资在养老产业中的管理现状、问题
以及对我国养老产业的投资机会进行综合分析，结合案例——Q 项目的实践和分
析，针对我国目前投资管理存在的风险问题提出加强立法监督和政策扶持、明
确经营模式强化与专业机构合作、防范流动性和投资风险、完善内部风险管控
机制这四个投资管理方面的建议

ABSTRACT
Along with our country aging degree deepening, the elderly pension problem has
attracted much attention.The current family structure change,the contradiction
between the different levels of the elderly pension demand and traditional pension
model situation constituted, pension policy and the perfection of pension and
endowment service mode innovation integration is imminent. Aimed at the status
quo, comprehensive analysis the home and abroad success pension mode,and analysis
our country present stage endowment patterns on the basis of the existing problems，
combined with the analysis of endowment insurance investment management status
and problems of industry , and through the analysis of the practice of Q project, and
the corresponding investment management suggestions is further proposed, in order
to provide theory and practice in the field of pension insurance investment.
Paper first to differentiate the related concepts of endowment pattern, the
relevant theoretical basis.Secondly through historical investigation method, SWOT
analysis method, and the case method at home and abroad successful pension mode
are analyzed.Among them, using the method of historical investigation and the
investigation and analysis on the development of pension mode at home and abroad,
found the problems and countermeasures of periodic pension mode;using SWOT
analysis method to study the domestic and foreign pension model of strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, threats, summarizes successful experience, lack of
analysis, combined with domestic and foreign environment situation, study the
lessons;At the same time, using the case method research at home and abroad
successful pension + model project, its’ successful market research background,
policy conditions and operation mode, provide reference for the development of
pension mode in China.Then based on the insurance investment in the pension
management status and problems of industry analysis, combined with the practice and
analysis of Q project , according to risk problems of investment management in our
country the four investment management advice is put forward to.Such as strengthenABSTRACT

legislative oversight and policy support, clear management mode to strengthen
cooperation with professional bodies, guard against liquidity and investment risk,
perfecting the internal risk control mechanism .
