近年来,随着利率市场化的改革进程不断推进与人民银行取消存贷比考
核等政策的推动,同业业务由于其盈利空间大,资金使用效率高,风险资产
占用比较低等原因,受到各商业银行的普遍青睐与热烈追捧,各商业银行对
于同业业务日趋重视,纷纷投入大量的资源,抢滩“同业业务”这一利润高
地。在这一大环境与市场趋势下,无锡地区的同业业务也经历着激烈的竞争
与发展,同业合作的范围从传统的银银、银保、银信、银证合作,逐渐延伸
至基金公司、金融租赁、资产管理公司等其他创新型金融机构范围。业务开
展地域更是早已跳出了无锡当地,形成了跨区域、甚至跨境的经营发展格局

建设银行无锡分行作为建行系统内一家二级分行,在管理链条、授权方
式、人才建设、审批流程、考核激励等方面受到了各方面的制约,导致同业
业务发展在当地市场相对滞后,市场竞争力明显不足,无论是产品品种和业
务规模上都与当地竞争对手相比差距极大。因此,只有在深刻分析目前同业
业务发展现状与趋势的基础上,透析无锡地区同业业务开展情况,针对无锡
建行当前业务发展现状,才能找出当前制约无锡建行同业业务发展的突出问
题,提出正确的发展战略与具体业务开展策略,从而有效推动该业务的稳步
健康发展

本文主要采用文献回顾法、问卷调查法和经验总结法等研究方法,从理
论上形成分析框架,然后,通过研究分析同业业务经营管理的现实案例,通
过借鉴国内外的经验与相关理论,并结合笔者自身在该行业积累的工作经验,
提出业务发展改善的策略。论文主要包括六个部分:第一部分主要内容为绪
论,开篇铺开对于商业银行开展同业业务的阐释以及文章主题;第二部分介
绍同业业务相关理论及国内外研究现状,梳理了国内外关于金融同业合作与
业务发展的主要研究观点,并进行了总结;第三部分在相关官方网站整理相
关数据的基础上,对于国内目前商业银行同业业务发展现状与趋势进行分析;国内商业银行同业业务拓展策略探讨——以无锡建行为例第四部分在分析无锡地区同业业务发展情况的基础上,利用问卷调查法与
SWOT 分析法具体分析无锡建行同业业务现状,提出当前制约业务发展的突出
问题;第五部分在前一部分分析问题的基础上利用相关理论,提出无锡建行
同业业务发展的竞争战略与具体业务发展方向。第六部分为总结与展望,对
全文进行简单归纳

本文主要立足于当前国内商业银行同业业务发展现状与趋势,通过分析
无锡当地与无锡建行同业业务的实际情况,深入剖析目前业务发展中存在的
问题,提出具体的解决对策,为其发展提供有利的保证;同时也为其他商业
银行发展同业业务提供有价值的参考经验与可借鉴的业务发展思路

In recent years, along with the constant promotion of reform process on the
interest rate marketization and the cancellation of loan-to-deposit ratio assessment
and other policies in the People’s Bank of China, the financial trade business is
preferred and pursued by the commercial banks due to the huge profitability space,
high fund usage efficiency, low risk asset occupancy and other reasons, the
commercial banks pay more attention to the financial trade business, and invest
more resources to compete for the profit of trade business. Under such huge
environment and market trend, the trade business in Wuxi region is also
experiencing the fierce competition and development, the range of trade
cooperation is extended to financial company, financial lease, asset management
and other innovative cooperative range gradually from the traditional bank and
bank, security, trust, futures, insurance, fund and other financial agencies. The
business area has already run out of Wuxi, the cross-regional even cross-border
operating development pattern is formed.
As a secondary branch bank in China Construction Bank, Wuxi Branch of
CCB system is restricted on the management chain, licensing way, talent building,
approval process, evaluation incentive and other aspects, the financial trade
business development is lagged relatively in the local market, the market
competitiveness is insufficient obviously, and there is a huge gap on the product
variety and business scale when compared with the local competitor. Therefore,
only analyzing development of financial trade business in Wuxi region and the
business development of Wuxi CCB based on the analysis of current status and
trend of trade business development can we find out the prominent problems
restricting the development of trade business development in Wuxi CCB, and
propose the correct development strategy and specific business carrying strategy,
thus promoting the steady and healthy development of the business effectively.
With the literature review, questionnaire survey, experience summary andResearch on Development Tactics of the financial trade business for Domestic Commercial Banks
----Taking Wuxi Construction Bank as an exampleother research methods, the paper forms the analysis framework theoretically, and
proposes the strategy to improve the business development via analyzing the real
case in the trade business operating management, combining the experience and
related theory at home and abroad, and combined with the author’s working
experience accumulated in the industry. The paper can be divided into six parts:
Part I is the introduction, which starts the explanation and theme to carry out the
financial trade business in the commercial bank; Part II introduces the theory
related with the financial trade business and research status at home and abroad,
combs the main research opinions on the financial trade cooperation and business
development at home and abroad, and summarizes; Part III analyzes the current
development and trend of trade business in the commercial bank in the country
based on the combing of related network data; Part IV analyzes the current
situation of trade business in Wuxi CCB specifically with questionnaire survey and
SWOT analysis based on the analysis on the development of trade business in
Wuxi region, and proposes the prominent problems restricting the business
development currently; Part V uses the related theory to propose the competitive
strategy of trade business development and specific business development
direction in Wuxi CCB based on the problems analyzed in the previous part. Part
VI is the summary and outlook, the simple induction is made for the whole paper.
Based on the development status and trend of trade business in domestic
commercial bank and the analysis of the reality on the trade business in Wuxi and
Wuxi CCB, the paper deeply analyzes the problems existed in the current business
development, proposes the specific countermeasures, and provides the favorable
guarantee for the development; Meanwhile, it can also provide the valuable
reference experience and business development idea on the trade business for other
commercial banks.
