摘要
我国农业发展历史悠久，长期以来农业是我国国民经济的基础产业，在国民
经济中占有重要地位，加快实现农业现代化是促进我国经济快速发展，提高国际
竞争力，实现中国梦的重要组成部分，因此农业在国民经济发展进程中，对整个
国民经济稳定健康发展有着重要意义，还因为我国农村面积大，人口多的状况，
农业的良性发展关系到国计民生，具有重要的政治意义。近年来，中央提出了农
业产业化的发展战略，本文对农业产业化龙头企业江西博莱农业高科技股份有限
公司的发展战略进行了研究，对该企业的基本现状进行了充分调查，江西博莱农
业高科技股份有限公司是以猪肉加工业为中心的集团公司，集团以农业生态发展
为目标，产业链建设初具规模，本研究运用企业战略管理理论分析工具对如何制
定公司战略进行了详细分析，用 PEST 分析法分析了公司的政治、经济、社会文
化和科技外部环境情况对公司发展的影响，运用战略管理中的波特五力竞争分析
法分析公司的市场竞争力、运用 SWOT 分析法分析公司发展的优势、劣势、机
会和威胁，在上述因素分析的基础上得出该公司的发展战略：开拓新市场，开发
新产品，提高产品的市场占有率；完善产业链，加快一体化建设；实施品牌战略，
建设行业龙头企业。在如何保障战略的实施上，提出了从企业的人才和制度建设、
资金和技术水平上进行保障

ABSTRACT
The agricultural development of our country has a long history, long-term since
