首先,对发展战略等相关理论进行了梳理,在相关文献研究的基础上,应用
SWOT 分析法对对蔚州矿业公司内部环境中的优势和劣势、外部环境中机会和威
胁进行分析
其次,通过构建 SWOT 矩阵模型,确定了 “实施五大战略”、“推进五大工程”、
形成四大主体产业布局的发展战略
第三,使用数学模型对战略目标进行了预测,并依据未来环境发展的特点和
趋势对定量预测目标进行了适当修正,使其更加符合公司发展的客观要求
第四,为保证发展战略的有效实施,论文分别从煤炭资源、融资环境、企业
文化、人力资源、技术研发与改造及党建方面提出了具体的保障措施
通过论文的研究希望能够为蔚州矿业公司未来获得很好的发展提供助力;同
时也希望能够为其他煤炭企业的发展提供参考和借鉴

Abstract
Coal is the basic energy of national economic development, and plays an important
role in the development of national economy. In recent years, the country has been
promoting the reform of the energy structure, the proportion of coal in the energy

The correct understanding of the new normal, actively adapt to the new norm, the

First of all, the development strategy and other related theories, on the basis of the
relevant literature, using SWOT analysis to analyze the external environment of

Secondly, by constructing the SWOT matrix model, the development strategy of
