论文共分五部分。第一部分主要是论文的选题背景和研究意义，关于危化
品物流的国内外研究综述，论文使用的主要研究方法以及技术框架设计。第二
部分是理论基础，简要概述了危化品物流和石化行业物流的特点，分析了国内
石化物流企业的发展现状，是论文研究的基础与前提。第三部分是泉州石化的
物流环境分析，介绍了泉州石化物流的发展概况，分析了泉州石化物流发展外
部环境和内部环境以及存在的主要问题。第四部分是泉州石化物流发展的对策
建议，也是本论文的重点。第五部分是结论与展望，概括了论文的主要研究结
论，存在的不足之处，并对未来的研究进行展望
本文旨在研究泉州石化公司现行的物流管理现状以及面临的困境，根据行
业的特点和发展现状，结合泉州石化公司的发展战略，为泉州石化公司物流管
理提出改进建议，帮助泉州石化公司降低物流成本，提高企业的竞争力，并希
望有助于优化和提升石化行业的物流管理

Abstract
After China&39;s accession to the WTO, China&39;s economy will integrate into the wor
ld economy in a wider, broader and deeper level. China&39;s petrochemical industry in pr
oduction technology, product quality and product structure is no advantages compare
d with the international advanced level. This requires China&39;s petrochemical enterpris
es in such aspects as technical level,and cost control to improve, in order to face more
and more brutal competitive environment. With the rapid development of modern sci
ence and technology, management science and information technology,the basic theor
etical knowledge widely application in the logistics system, the development of logist
ics has become the accelerator to promote the development of enterprises, some call
it the gold industry of the new century. As the third profit source, logistics cost h
as been paid more and more attention by enterprises. It is an important way to reduce
the logistics cost,to integrate and optimize the logistics resources.
The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is mainly about selection
background and research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research
method and technical route. The second part is the theoretical basis, a brief overview
for the logistics and the characteristics of petrochemical industry logistics, analyzes
the development status quo of domestic petrochemical logistics enterprises, provides
the research idea of this article.The third part is the analysis of Quanzhou
petrochemical logistics environment,introduces the development situation of
Quanzhou petrochemical logistics,analysis the external environment,internal
environment and the main problems of Quanzhou petrochemical logistics. The fourth
part is the suggestion of the development of Quanzhou petrochemical logistics, which
is also the focus of this paper. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,
summarizes for the research of the whole text, and the future research is prospected.
This paper aims to study the present situation of logistics management in Quanz
hou Petrochemical Industries Co of current and existing problems, according to the t
he characteristics of the industry and the development present and according to the chIII
aracteristics of the industry and the development present situation, combined with the
development strategy of Quanzhou Petrochemical Industries Coput forward improve
ment suggestions for Quanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co logistics management, h
elp Quanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co to reduce logistics costs, improve the com
petitiveness of the company, and hope to provide useful help for the logistics manage
ment of the petrochemical industry.

自中国入世以来，中国经济获得前所未有的发展，经济增长、国际贸易规
模都稳居世界前列，更大范围、更广领域以及更深层次的参与并促进了经济全
球化。无论是在供需矛盾、外贸结构等方面，还是在生产技术、产品结构等专
业领域，与国外先进的大型石化企业比较差距较明显，存在的问题较多。这就
要求中国的石化企业在技术水平以及成本管控等方面要有所提高，以面临越来
越残酷的竞争环境
随着科学知识密集型的技术的日新月异，计算机技术、通信技术等的快速
发展，其基本理论知识在物流系统中的层层渗透以及重大作用，物流在企业的
生存和发展壮大中起着越来越重要的“助推器”的作用。物流是企业的“第三
利润源”，可以减少石化企业生产制造过程中的损耗，降低成本增加利润，是
产生利润的主要活动，提高石化企业对用户的服务水平，
