摘要
我国进入 20 世纪之后，在不断提升国家实力与各项经济指标的同时，国防
安全与军工建设越来越被国家所关注。随着我国军工行业的不断发展，目前军
工行业已经转变为维持国民经济发展中的关键因素。当下互联网技术不断革新，
计算机应用与概念日新月异的时期，在军工行业中建立财务信息化系统，通过
局部区域网络技术对军工行业的财务信息进行传输、加工、处理，如何构建和
实施满足军工行业的保密管理要求，保证军工行业中财务涉密信息资源不泄露
的财务信息化系统成为重中之重。为军工行业的领导在决策企业发展过程中提
供有效的技术支持，使军工企业在外部竞争力环节上进一步提升

本论文从军工行业的财务信息化现状出发，结合目前军工信息化与财务信
息化发展的现状与特征，以某国内大型军工集团的财务信息化实施为案例，分
析其针对财务信息管理的现状及存在的问题。阐述构建与实施军工财务信息化
系统的必然趋势及其作用和要求，然后提出针对该军工集团财务信息化的构建
与实施具体方案，最后归纳总结该军工企业构建实施财务信息化的重点及效果

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, China&39;s economic strength and
comprehensive national strength has increased significantly. And the Central
Government attaches great importance to the national defense and the investment of
funds is increasing day by day. Now, the military industry has become one of the
main pillars of China&39;s national economic development. With the development of
computer technology and network communication technology. The financial
information system of military industry becomes very important. How to build and
implement the military industry to meet the requirements of confidentiality
management, to ensure that the financial information system in the military industry,
the financial information disclosure of confidential information has become a top
priority. In order to provide effective technical support for the leaders in the
development process of decision making enterprises, the military enterprises should
further enhance the external competitiveness.
This dissertation from the financial information industry of the status quo,
combined with the status quo and characteristics of the development of military
information and financial information, to a large domestic military group&39;s financial
information for the implementation of case analysis, according to the present
situation of financial information management and the existing problems. This
dissertation expounds the construction and implementation of the inevitable trend of
military financial information system and its functions and requirements, and then
put forward the construction of military financial informationization and
implementation of specific programs, the final summary of the construction of key
military enterprises and effect of implementation of financial information.
