近年以来,中国对外贸易发展质量不断提升,各种支持条件日益成熟,对外贸易结 构不断优化,内生动力不断增强。在经济全球化的时代背景下,中国炭素企业在国际化 经营道路上也取得了不小的进步和一定的成就,但必须承认的是,中国炭素企业的国际 化发展水平还普遍偏低,缺乏规范的专业化的运营体系和管理体系。K国有炭素企业作 为国家的重点扶持项目,作为中国炭素行业的领先者之一更需要在国际市场上创立响亮 的中国品牌,但是由于企业管理中存在的一些问题,其外贸业务的拓展一直达不到理想 的效果,一是由于生产产能限制,另外一个就是管理上的缺陷造成资源浪费和效率低下, 产品的国际知名度和客户满意度不高,这就需要企业加强外贸工作的管理。 精细化管理作为一种科学的管理理念,被越来越多的企业所推行和提倡。虽然以前 出现精细化管理的观念,适用于企业管理方面。但是从对外贸易管理的角度看,精细化 管理在外贸工作中也是必不可少的。外贸出口业务相对而言更为细致和繁琐,涉及的单 位和步骤多、操作过程花费时间久,并且在操作过程中需要更为认真仔细,尽量避免错 过某些重要事项或信息,如果错过就会影响合同执行。国际市场的容量巨大,文化差异, 政策盲点以及其他不确定性也说明外贸业务比国内业务具有更大的难度。 本文通过作者在K国有炭素企业从事外贸工作中所遇到的问题,运用文献收集法, 实地调查法和案例分析法,以精细化管理理论为基础,从目前K国有炭素企业外贸业务 的管理现状入手,按照发现问题-分析问题-解决问题的研究思路,借鉴精细化管理理论, 对该企业的管理现状进行调查,从中发现问题,分析产生问题的原因,进而从目标,人 员,流程,风险,客户等方面有针对性地设计一个适合该企业的精细化管理体系。 本文对K国有炭素企业外贸业务精细化管理的研究内容主要分为三大板块,第一大 版块是在前三章中对研究内容,研究意义和方法等进行了阐述,同时引出精细化管理的 相关理论为本文奠定理论基础。第二大版块是通过K国有炭素企业的管理现状发现其存 在的问题以及分析其产生的原因。第三大版块是对K国有炭素企业存在的问题设计一个 较为合理的精细化管理体系并提出保障体系实施的制度措施,促进该企业外贸业务管理 的改善。 综上所述,本文研究主要从K国有炭素企业外贸业务的管理方面出发,通过加强外 II 贸业务的精细化管理来提高业务方面的工作效率和工作规范性,减少不必要的资源浪 费,提高客户的满意程度,进而帮助企业提升对外贸易的竞争力。 关键词:炭素企业,外贸业务,精细化管理,保障措施 III ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,thequalityofChina’sforeigntradedevelopmenthasbeencontinuouslyimproved andvarioussupportconditionshavebecomeincreasinglymature.,theforeigntradestructurehasbeen continuouslyoptimized,andendogenouspowerhasbeencontinuouslyenhanced.Inthecontextoftheeraof economicglobalization,Chinesecarbonenterpriseshavealsobeenontherodetointernationaloperations greatprogressandgoodresultshavebeenmade,butitisundeniablethattheinternationaldevelopment levelofChinesecarbonenterprisesisstillgenerallylow,lackingastandardized、professionaloperating andmanagementsystem.Kstate-owncarboncompanyasoneofcarbonindustryleadersinChina,itis necessarytocreatealoudChinesebrandininternationalmarket.However,duetosomeproblemsinthe managementofstate-ownenterprises,theexpansionofitsforeigntradebusinesshasnotachievedthedesire results.Thefirstreasonisproductioncapacityconstrains,andtheotherisawasteofresourcesand inefficiencycausedbymanagementdefects.Theinternationalpopularityofproductsandcustomer satisfactionarenothigh.Thisrequirescompaniestostrengthenthemanagementofforeigntradework. Asascientificmanagementconcept,delicacymanagementisbeingpromotedbymoreandmore companies.Althoughtheconceptofdelicacymanagementthatmentionedinthepastismainlyforwhole enterprisemanagement.Butfromtheperspectiveofinternationaltrademanagement,itisfoundthatthe applicationofdelicacymanagementinforeigntradeisalsoessential.Theforeigntradeexportbusinessis relativelymoredetailedandcumbersome,involvingmanyunitsandsteps,theoperationprocesstakesa longtime,andneedstobemorecarefulintheoperationprocess,trytoavoidmissingcertainimportant mattersorinformation,ifyoumissitwillaffecttheexecutionofcontract.Thehugecapacityofthe internationalmarket,culturaldifferences,policyblindspotsandotheruncertaintiesalsoindicatethat foreigntradebusinessismoredifficultthandomesticbusiness. BaseontheproblemsencounteredbyauthorinforeigntradeworkofKstate-owncarbon enterprise,thispaperusestheliteraturecollectionmethod,filedsurveymethodandcaseanalysis method,baseonthedelicacyrefinedmanagementtheory,startfromthecurrentsituationofforeigntrade businessinKstate-ownenterprise,accordingtotheresearchideasoffindingproblem-analyzing IV problem-solvingproblem,drawingonthetheoryofdelicacymanagement,analyzingthecurrentstateof enterprise,findingtheproblemsandanalyzethereasons,thenfromthegoals,humans resources,process,risksandcustomersandotheraspectstodesignasuitabledelicacymanagementsystem. ThecontentofthepaperforresearchingthedelicacymanagementofKstate-owncarbonenterpriseis mainlydividedinthreesections,thefirstpartincludethefirstthreechaptersthatdescribesthe contend,significanceandmethodofthepaper,leadtothetheoryofdelicacymanagementasafoundation forthispaper.Thesecondpartistofindthemanagementproblemsandthereasonsoftheproblemsthrough analyzingthestatusofKsate-owncarbonenterprise.Thethirdpartismainlydesignamorereasonable delicacymanagementaccordingtotheproblemsthatexistsinKstate-owncarbonenterprise,andplaninga safeguardmeasurestoensurethesystemwork,andimprovethethemanagementofforeigntradebusiness ofcompany. Allinall,,thestudyinthispapermainlystartfromthemanagementofforeigntradebusinessofK state-owncarboncompany,improvingthetheefficiencyandstandardizationofworkwithstrengtheningthe delicacymanagementinforeigntradebusiness,reducingtheunnecessarywasteofresourcesandimprove thecustomersatisfactionwhichwillhelpenterprisetobemorecompetitiveininternationaltradebusiness.
