摘要
设计管理是影响设计成果质量的重要因素。设计成果直接关系到建筑工程项
目的使用和投资,并对建筑工程项目的各参与方产生不同程度的影响,特别是设计
企业,设计成果是检验设计企业管理水平、评判其综合竞争力的主要标准。在当前
的中国经济大背景下,建筑设计行业增长率放缓、竞争日趋激烈,内外部竞争压力
迫使以建筑工程项目设计为业务的中小建筑设计企业必须采取有效措施强化自身
竞争力,提升企业的设计管理水平,为企业争取新的发展空间。

建筑设计作为一种传统行业,其理论和研宄在国外发达国家己经历了上百年
的发展,而在国内,有关的理论和研究是近二三十年才发展起来,相关的市场规则
还十分不完善,市场成熟度还有很长的路要走。在建筑设计行业发展的现阶段,如
何处理中小建筑设计企业的各类设计管理问题,需在学习和借鉴国外经验的同时,
结合企业自身情况,探索和发展适合企业自身需要的道路。针对国内中小建筑设计
企业存在的一些共性问题,本文以NF公司为例,利用现代管理理论、采用科学的
分析方法,研究如何提高NF公司的设计管理效率,提升设计质量和进度,为建筑
工程项目创造价值,为中小建筑设计企业提供借鉴意义。

结合NF公司的现状,通过系统梳理现有的设计管理流程,本文从组织、管理、
技术、环境四个层面得出人员责任心缺乏、提资管理混乱、设计审核不到位等原因
是影响整个建筑工程设计质量的主要原因。针对问题产生的原因,基于实践条件提
出了四项设计管理流程优化措施:一是建立共享式提资,以信息技术为基础,解决
资料传递过程中传递不到位、难以追查过程的问题;二是制定审核审定卡制度,以
有形的三方相互监督最大化地减少审核过程监控不到位的问题;三是采取施工服
务过程记录措施,建立“记录-解决-跟踪
”的管理闭环,确保
每一个问题都得到有
效的处理;四是强化文件管理,规范化的过程管理,在加强项目过程可溯性的同时,
既起到了保障设计企业利益的作用,又发挥了降低人力因素对设计管理造成的损
失。此外,为保障措施得到执行,还制定了调整组织结构、制定培训计划、建立制
图标准化的保障措施。

最后,在本文研宄的基础上,注意到当前的设计管理处于一个不断变革的时代,

新的设计工具、管理模式不断出现,新的趋势促使建筑设计行业始终处在一个自我
更新的状态。在分析和研宄当前设计企业问题所在并提出改进措施的同时,也要认
识到其阶段性和局限性,以长远的眼光看待企业的可持续发展。

Abstract
Design management is an important factor affecting the quality of the design works.
The design works are directly related to the use and investment of construction projects,
and have different effects on all parties involved in the construction project, especially
the design company for which are the main standard of checking the management level
of the design conmpany and judging its comprehensive competition ability. In the current
domestic economic background, in pace with the growth rate of architectural design
industry slowing down and competition becoming increasingly fierce , the internal and
external competition pressure forces the small and medium-sized architectural design
company which take the construction project design as the business, must take effective
measures to strengthen their competitiveness, improve the level of design management,
strive for the new space for the development of company.
Architectural design as a traditional industry, its theory and research in developed
countries has experienced hundreds of years of development, but In China, the relevant
theory and research have been developed in the past twenty or thirty years, and the
relevant market rules are far firom perfect while there is still a long way to go for market
maturity . In the present stage of development of architectural design industry,how to
deal with the all kinds of issue of small and medium-sized architectural design company.
It is necessary to study and draw lessons from foreign experience and combine with the
company itself to explore and develop the road suitable for the company’s own needs.
Aiming at some common problems of domestic small and medium-sized architecture
design company, by using scientific methods of modem management theory, this paper
takes NF company as an example and studys how to improve the design management
efficiency of NF company, improve design quality and schedule, and create value for
construction project, to provide reference for small and medium-sized architectural
design company.
According to the current situation of NF company,through combing the existing
design management process, from the four aspects of organization, management,
technology and environment, this paper comes to the conclusion that the lack of
responsibility, the confusion of management and the lack of design audit are the main
reasons that affect the quality of the whole construction project design. In view of the
cause of the problem, four design management process optimization measures are put

forward on the basis of practical conditions: Firstly, it is the establishment of shared-
submission document, a method based on information technology which to solve the data
transmission process not in place and difficult to track down the process; Secondly, it is
to formulate the examination and approval card system, that three parties to supervise
each other to minimiz the audit process monitoring is not in place; Thirdly,it is to take
the construction service process record measures. By establishing of "record-settlement-
tracking" management closed loop to ensure that each problem will be effectively
addressed; Fourthly, it is to strengthen document management. Standardized process
management, while strengthening the traceability of the project process, not only plays a
role in ensuring the interests of the design company,but also plays a role in reducing
problem of design management caused by human factors . In addition, in order to ensure
the implementation of the safeguard measures, measures like as adjusting the
organizational structure, formulating training plans and setting up standardized drawings
have also been formulated.
Finally,on the basis of this study, paying attention to the design management in a
changing eranew design tools and management mode appear continuously that new trend
promote the architectural design industry has always been in a state of self renewal. While
analysis and study of the current design company problems, and proposing improvement
measures, it is necessary to recognize its stage and limitations with long-term view of
enterprise sustainable development.
