摘 要
进入 21 世纪以来,企业在过去传统的产品、技术等竞争领域之外,人才的竞
争在企业的发展中逐渐显现出更加重要的地位,人力资源已经成为企业核心竞争
力的重要组成。而在企业现代化人力资源的管理体制中,绩效管理体系是关键和
核心,这就导致怎样在人力资源的管理体系中更好地规划、构建绩效管理来提升
员工能动性,以及让绩效管理系统为企业的成长贡献更大的力量成为企业需考虑
处理的燃眉之急

虽然国内不少企业已经认识到绩效管理对于企业保持可持续发展的重要意义
并逐步在经营管理过程中开始了绩效管理的探索,但绩效管理的体制和企业成长
的战略性规划联系并不紧密,其更看中绩效结果而忽略企业改进等多种病症存在,
这让企业绩效管理很难在整体的管控架构内有很好的功效发挥

本论文选取了江西省 JS 公司为研究对象,在运用绩效管理相关理论的基础上
对该公司现行的绩效管理体系做了一定调研,对公司目前绩效管理中存在的一些
问题提出了相应的改进建议,希望能作为 JS 公司在改进公司管理过程中的参考

另外,也希望能对同样关注此行业的学者提供一定帮助

Abstract
Since the 21st century, Enterprises in the field of competition over traditional
products, technology and other outside, Talent competition in the development of
enterprises gradually a more important role, Human resources has become an important
component of the core competitiveness. The competition of talents in the development
of enterprises gradually appear more important position. In the companies’ modern
human resource management system, performance management is the key, which leads
to that it is urgent to plan and construct performance management system to improve the
employees’motility and make more contributions to the development of the companies.
Although many domestic enterprises have realized that performance management
for enterprises to maintain the sustainable development of great significance and
gradually began to explore the performance management in the management process,
but link strategic planning and performance management system business growth does
not close, it is more fancy performance results while ignoring the enterprises to improve
the presence of other illnesses, it is difficult to make enterprise performance
management within the overall management and control framework have a good effect
to play.
The paper selected Jiangxi JS company as the research object, based on the use of
performance management theory on the company's current performance management
system to do some research, some of the problems currently existing in performance
management put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions I hope can be
used as reference in improving the company JS company management process. In
addition, the hope of the industry is equally concerned scholars provide some help.
