本文回顾了战略管理理论和医院战略管理研究现状,在对曲靖市第一人民
医院调研的基础上,分析了新医改条件下并结合当前国内医疗行业发展现状,
以现代企业战略管理理论为指导,综合运用文献研究、个案研究、系统研究等
方法,利用 PEST、SWOT 战略分析工具对曲靖市第一人民医院的战略环境进行了
全面而细致的分析,在此基础上得出了医院目前面临的机遇与威胁,优势与劣
势,从而提炼出曲靖市第一人民医院的具体的战略目标,以及论述了为确保战
略目标实现应采取的医院品牌化策略、人力资源策略、联盟策略、成本控制策
略、文化策略和信息化策略。文章力图为曲靖市第一人民医院今后的发展提供
科学的预测和合理化的建议,也为其它医院的发展提供借鉴。

With the deepening of reform the healthcare industry, medical industry are
constantly upgrading the overall level of competition, the traditional public hospitals
are facing competitive environment has undergone tremendous changes, how to
establish a sustainable competitive advantage is constantly test of the public hospital
mangers administrative wisdom. In this context, the strategic management which has
been provide as a effective administrative tool to enhance the core competitiveness of
company has obtain the favor of many hospital administrators.Many hospitals have
started or are ready to start the implementation of strategic management, hoping to
achieve their own continuously improving of core competitiveness, to establish
sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
In this paper, has been devoted to obserbing and contemplating the application of
integrative development by Qujing No.1 hospita. After looking back to the strategy
manangement theory and investigating Qujing No.1 hospita, we analyse the Qujing
No.1 hospita macroscopic enviorment and it’s industuial competence enviorment, and
it’s strenghs,weaknesses,opportunities,thrests,by use of SWOT Analyse
Framewok.Further more,the paper puts forward Qujing No.1 hospita strategy mode
and strategic objective, and discusses it’s integrative organizational form, it’s brand
strategy, human recource strategy, Confederation strategy , cost control strategy ,
culture strategy, information management strategy.
