苏州工业园区私募股权投资发展策略研究

私募股权投资作为先进的投资模式，是金融创新和产业创新的结果，其运作方式
拓宽了企业融资渠道，推动了被投资企业的价值发现和价值增值，同时提供了高收益
的投资渠道，也起到了促进产业结构升级、实现优势产业有效整合的作用，在全球范
围内已形成一个庞大的产业，它所创造的经济效益巨大，业绩令人瞩目。

近年来，苏州工业园区（简称“园区”） 在推动经济结构转变方面，取得了十分
显著的成效。这其中，园区在促进股权投资尤其是私募股权投资行业发展方面进行了
大量有益的创新和探索，体现出很强的第一性、唯一性，走在了国内行业的前列，已
成为江苏省私募股权投资发展创新力最强、集聚度最高的区域之一。然而，园区私募
股权投资发展仍然处于起步阶段，仍存在许多现实问题和发展障碍，极大制约了园区
私募股权投资的进一步发展。因此，借鉴发达国家私募股权投资发展的成功经验，充
分发挥园区既有优势，探究适合园区私募股权投资发展的路径并制定和实施切实有效
的发展策略，具有重要的现实意义。

本文基于国内外研究的基础，采用理论与实践相结合的方法，从私募股权投资的
概念入手，分析私募股权投资的运作机制；在借鉴发达国家私募股权投资成功经验的
大背景下，结合园区实际及园区私募股权投资发展概况、存在问题，指出园区发展私
募股权投资的必要性与优势，从而提出了适合园区私募股权投资发展的策略措施。

Abstract
As an advanced mode of investment, private equity was a result of financial and
industrial innovation, its mode of operation to broaden the financing channels for
enterprises, promote the invested enterprise value founded and the value added, meanwhile
providing a high return investment channels, playing an important role to promote the
upgrading of industrial structure, realize the effective integration of superiority industry,
has globally form a huge industry which treated significant economic benefit and its
achievement is remarkable．
In recent years, Suzhou Industrial Park (referred to as the SIP) has achieved
significant results in the promotion of economic structure changed. Among these, SIP
made a lot of innovation and exploration of private equity, walking in the forefront of the
domestic trade, has become one of the most innovative and the highest degree of
concentration private equity region in Jiangsu province. However, private equity is still at
the starting stage, there are still many development problems and obstacles, greatly
restricted the further development of private equity in SIP. Therefore, to explore a SIP’s
private equity fund development path has an important practical significance．
This paper based on the basis of research at home and abroad，taking the method of
combining theory with practice，beginning from private equity concepts and features and
application of the related theory,and analyzing the private equity investment operation
mechanism; Taking the developed countries private equity successful experience as
reference, combined with the actual SIP and it’s private equity investment development
situation, existing problems, points out the necessity and advantage of the development of
private equity in SIP, puts forward for the development of SIP's private equity investment
supporting measures.
