摘要
服务外包是信息科技持续发展，社会分工逐步细化的产物，也是当前一种新型商
务模式。这一模式耗费资源少，几乎不会造成污染，并且有很高附加值。全球多个国
家尤其是发展中国家都先后出台了有利举措促进服务外包产业的发展。中国作为世界
第二大经济体，也在积极发展服务外包产业，应对全球市场的机遇和挑战。苏州作为
中国服务外包产业示范城市，苏州工业园区作为苏州最具有经济活力的板块，更加重
视服务外包产业的发展

本文主要基于服务外包的基础概念界定和有关理论，重点分析了苏州工业园区内
当前开展服务外包现况，首先通过对苏州工业园区服务外包产业发展的现状进行阐
述。接下来对其展开 SWOT 分析，发现其中优劣势，以及所面临的机会和威胁。最
后，基于前文分析，从政府、企业、人才等三个方面提出科学合理建议

本文的研究，将对苏州工业园区扩大利用外资、发展服务外包、优化产业结构、
对促进园区经济跨越发展有着现实指导意义，同时本文的结论也将对其它地方的服务
外包工作有着一定的参考价值

Research on the development of service outsourcing
industry in Suzhou Industrial Park
Abstract
Service outsourcing is the product of the rapid development of information
technology and the continuous refinement of social division of labor integration. As a new
business model, has low resource consumption, less environmental pollution and higher
value-added features. Many countries in the world especially in the developing countries
have introduced favorable policies and measures to the development of service outsourcing
industry. Chinese as the world&39;s second largest economy, is also active in the development
of service outsourcing industry, global market the challenges and opportunities in the
global market. Suzhou as China&39;s service outsourcing industry demonstration city, Suzhou
Industrial Park, as the most economic vitality of Suzhou, pay more attention to the
development of service outsourcing industry
This paper starts from the basic concepts and theories of service outsourcing of
Suzhou Industrial Park, the development of service outsourcing industry as the research
object, firstly, through analyzing the present situation of Suzhou Industrial Park, the
development of service outsourcing industry in this paper. The development of service
outsourcing industry in Suzhou Industrial Park, SWOT analysis, found that the
development of service outsourcing in Suzhou industrial park with their advantages and
from the weaknesses, and the opportunities and threats. Finally, this paper based on the
analysis above, from the government level, enterprise level, personnel in Suzhou Industrial
Park, put forward reasonable suggestions to develop service outsourcing industry.
This study will be of service outsourcing development in Suzhou Industrial Park,
expand the use of foreign capital, optimize the industrial structure, leapfrog development
will have a positive guiding role to accelerate economic and social at the same time, the
conclusion of this paper can be promoted to other area service outsourcing work has
certain reference significance.
