摘要
大学生就业难已经成为当前高等教育需要高度重视和研究解决的重大议
题,高校作为培养大学生的摇篮,最重要的职责就是培养出符合社会需求的
合格人才。高职学校作为高等教育的一个重要领域,它是职业技术教育的高
等阶段。高等职业教育随着社会发展和科技进步而逐步上移,这是国际高等
职业教育的总趋势,高职学校毕业生是高等教育培养出来的高层次人才,是
国家人力资源的重要组成部分。现阶段,我国的高等职业教育主要在大学专
科层次,虽然高职学校对学生就业工作足够重视,但是关于学生就业能力的
培养还缺少有效的方法,高职学校毕业生也存在就业难的问题
本文从人力资源胜任力模型的视角研究影响高职学校毕业生就业的能力
因素,基于胜任力模型构建高职学校毕业生就业竞争力指标体系。本文以深
圳一所高职学校金融管理与实务专业为样本,采用文献收集、资料整理和问
卷调查的方式,分析和探索高职学校毕业生就业胜任力特征,构建出高职学
校毕业生就业竞争力的指标,以此来帮助高职学校建立大学生就业能力培养
体系,完善高职学校就业指导模式,切实提高职业教育办学质量
本文认为影响高职学校毕业生就业竞争力的因素可以细分为一系列指
标,从用人单位的需求为切入点,结合高职学校毕业生自身情况,以胜任力
理论来指导高职学校毕业生就业竞争力的研究更符合实际,可以解决高职学
校人才培养、用人单位人才招聘和高职学生个性发展三者之间的有效衔接

ABSTRACT
College students' employment has become one of the significant issues in the
higher education domain; the colleges, and universities pay high attention to
research and resolve the problems of the soaring unemployment rate of college
students. As the cradle of cultivating college students, the most important duty of
colleges and universities is to cultivate qualified personnel who accord with the
demands of society. Higher vocational colleges attach importance to students,
employment,but most of the college lack of effective method to develop the
graduates, employment capacity.
In this paper, from the competency model perspective in human resource
management, a major theme is researching the factors which affecting higher
vocational college students' employment ability, and constructing the graduates,
employment competitiveness index system. This paper takes financial
management and practice of a institute in Shenzhen as sample, uses literature and
data collection, then makes a survey of questionnaire survey, gives the analysis of
competence characteristics in higher vocational college graduates' employment.
Constructing the graduates ’ employment competitiveness indicators has
contributed to establish students' employment ability training system, improve the
employment guidance pattern. To a certain extent,it can promote an appropriate
amount of movement of personnel. It can also help the graduates to recognize
themselves and clear direction,promote the college students' integrated
development.
