本文以苏州宝兴电线电缆有限公司人力资源战略管理为研究对象,从人力
资源管理理论阐述开始,采用 SWOT 方法对苏州宝兴电线电缆有限公司人力资源
管理状况进行优劣势态的分析。在此基础上,对宝兴公司人力资源战略管理进
行规划,其中采用了平衡计分法对公司员工绩效问题进行了重点分析,最后对
宝兴公司人力资源战略管理的实施保障措施提出了适当的建议。
