摘 要
伴随着我国经济的快速发展,我国的家族企业也得到了较快的发展,与此同时其在我
国经济中的地位也变得越来越重要。自从 2008 年次贷危机以来,我国的实体经济空心化
问题得到了国家的高度重视,作为实体经济的重要组成部分,生产制造类企业,尤其是生
产制造类的传统家族企业,其生产管理的研究也得到了相应的重视。生产管理是生产制造
类企业的重中之重,是保证企业生产连续性和可持续性的重要环节,如何提高企业的生产
管理水平,使企业的生产管理水平上一个更高的台阶是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
本文主要运用案例分析法和 TOC 约束管理法,通过对 SR 家族企业生产管理过程中存
在的问题进行分析和讨论,以期找出我国传统家族企业生产管理过程中存在的问题,并探
讨和改善中国家族企业原有的生产管理方式方法。首先,对家族企业的概念和特点进行了
总结,并对国内外对生产管理研究的现状进行了总结和综述。其次,对生产管理在生产制
造类企业中的作用进行了分析和讨论,以期对家族企业的生产管理有一个更加准确和详尽
的认识,为研究 SR 家族企业的生产管理及其存在的问题奠定了相应的理论基础。针对 SR
家族企业的生产管理进行分析,以期找出其存在的问题,并通过 TOC 约束管理法对其存
在的问题进行相应的分析。然后,根据以上所做的分析和发现的问题主要从人员的缺少和
安排不合理以及生产流程不完善等方面对 SR 家族企业生产管理过程中存在的问题进行分
析;最后,通过运用 TOC 约束管理法分析 SR 家族企业生产管理过程中存在的瓶颈,进而
提出 SR 家族企业生产管理的优化方案。优化方案主要包括人员和生产流程的优化,其中
人员的优化主要包括现有人员管理的优化、技术人员和管理人才的引进以及人员的合理安
排三方面的内容。
通过对 SR 家族企业生产管理存在的问题进行分析和总结,进而提出相应的改进方案
和措施,以期能对 SR 家族企业和与其所处阶段相同的家族企业的生产管理改进起到一定
的作用。

ABSTRACT
Along with China's rapid economic development, China's family business has been rapid
development, at the same time, its position in the economy of our country is becoming
increasingly important. Since the 2008 subprime crisis, China's real economy hollowing get
national attention, as an important part of the real economy, the production of manufacturing
enterprises, especially the production of manufacturing traditional family business, production
management has also been of great importance. Production management is the most important
production of manufacturing enterprises, to ensure continuity of production and an important
part of sustainability, how to improve the level of production management, production
management level to a higher level is placed in before us an important topic.
Paper, the use case analysis method and TOC constraint management method, analysis and
discussion of the SR family enterprise production management process to identify the existing
problems in the process of production management of our traditional family business, and to
explore and improve the Chinese family the original production management methods. First of
all, the concept and characteristics of the family business, a summary, and a summary and
synthesis of the status quo of domestic and foreign production management research. Secondly,
analysis and discussion of the production management role in the production of manufacturing
enterprises, to the production and management of the family business, has a more accurate and
detailed understanding, laid the research SR production management of the family business and
its problems corresponding theoretical foundation. Analyzed for the production of the SR family
business management, identifying its problems, and its problems corresponding TOC constraint
management method. Then, according to the analysis done above and found major problems
exist in the SR family enterprise production management process from missing arrangements
unreasonable and imperfect production processes analysis; Finally, through the use of the TOC
constraint management law analysis of the existence of bottlenecks in the the SR family business

optimization program. The optimization program consist primarily of personnel and production

management talents and personnel aspects.
Analyze and summarize the management of the the SR family business production
problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement programs and measures, in order to
play a role in the same the SR family business and its stage of production management of the
family business improvement.
