摘 要
电力工业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础产业,它是关系到国计民生的基
础产业,是世界各国经济发展战略中的优先发展重点。在我国,电力企业长期存
在主多共存,它是一个时代的产物,但随着时代的发展,它已不能适应当前经济
的发展,主多分离势在必行。“十一五”期间,我国电力体制改革取得重大进展,
政企分开、厂网分幵基本实现。在国家电力体制改革的背景下,电力多经企业将
与主业分离,依附主业发展的模式将被打破,市场垄断局面将不复存在,它将走
向市场,接受市场竞争。在此背景下,电力多经企业在主多分离后,如何实现企
业的生存发展就成了一个需要研究的重要课题,笔者结合自身电力多经企业的多
年工作经历,试从战略管理的角度来分析电力多经企业在主多分离以后的战略
选。

ABSTRACT
Electric power industry is the important fundamental industry, which impacts
the national economy and the people's livelihood, and have been put in the first
priority in the economic development strategy all over the world. In China, master
multiple coexists within the electrical enterprises in a long time, it is the product of
the times,while with the increasingly development of the society, it cannot adapt to
current economic step, and separation would be imperative accordingly. In “ Eleven
five period, Chinese electric power structural reform acquires significant progress,
and basically achieved the separation between government & enterprises,factory &
networks. In this background, old pattern-electric power enterprises depended on the
industry- will be broken, instead, it will separate from the main business. As a result,
monopolic situation will disappear, market would be more competive . Considering
this premise, how to achieve the sustainable survival and development would become
an important issue. Author try to analyse the strategic application from the strategic
management aspect integrate with the own years work experience in the electric
power business.
