Measurement definitions
生产单位成本是指总生产成本(不含单位材料耗用)与生产的产品数量的比值
总成本:车间人员的工资、制造费用(见每月的成本分配表)
生产产品数量:入库的标准系数(见每月的成本分配表)总和
Unit Manufacturing Cost is Total manufacturing cost(exclude material usage) per equivalent units produced
Total cost: salary of workshop staff, manufacturing cost(see cost distribute monthly form)
Production products quantity: summation for standard modulus of delivery to warehouse(cost distribute monthly form)

每月将收集的数据汇总并在下月18日前报给CFT的衡量专员;月成果将在下月第三个CFT会议上回顾

绩效考评图整合流程
Cockpit chart consolidation process
每月CFT会议回顾每月收集的详细资料,CFT衡量专员将准备好的资料表和考评图。每月第三个CFT会议回顾最新的绩效考评图;绩效指标负责人要保证及时将资料送至衡量专员
Detailed data reviewed monthly in the CFT and review the updated Cockpit Charts at the first CFT meeting monthly. CFT Measurement Specialist will prepare the weekly data charts and the Cockpit Chart. Panel owners will insure data is input to the Measurement Specialist on time
