农学学报 2021,11(1):85-90 Journal of Agriculture www.caaj 增长极理论与农业产业空间布局研究 郭佳君，李茜 （山西农业大学经济管理学院，山西太谷 030801） 摘要：为进一步解决农业资源分散、产业布局零乱等问题，进行增长极理论与农业产业空间布局研究， 本研究基于增长极理论聚集和扩散效应，以武乡县、孝义市为研究对象，构建不同发展模式的农业产业 空间布局。将农业产业空间布局划分为突出区位优势和主导产业的空间布局、以产业链为重要支撑空 间布局、以产业园区或基地为载体空间布局和以农业产业强镇为载体空间布局。制定发展策略为突出 区位优势和主导产业，创建区域特色典型品牌；强化特色，创建立体化产业链发展；聚力园区或基地，拓 展产业提质增效空间；寻优规划，梯次推进联动发展模式。通过资源流转，推动特色产业为极点的市县 内部形成优化空间布局，辐射带动周边区域发展。 关键词：增长极；聚集；扩散；农业产业；空间布局 中图分类号：S-9 文献标志码：A 论文编号：cjas2020-0092 The Growth Pole Theory and Spatial Layout of Agricultural Industry Guo Jiajun, Li Qian (College of Economics and Management, Shanxi Agricultural University, Taigu 030801, Shanxi, China) Abstract: To further solve the problems of agricultural resource dispersion and industrial layout disorder, the growth pole theory and agricultural industrial spatial layout were studied. Based on the aggregation and diffusion effect of the growth pole theory, Wuxiang County and Xiaoyi City were taken as the research objects to construct the spatial layout of agricultural industry with different development modes. The spatial layout of agricultural industry was divided into the spatial layout of prominent location advantage and leading industry, the spatial layout of industrial chain as an important support, the spatial layout of industrial park or base as the carrier, and the spatial layout of agricultural industry strong town as the carrier. The development strategy was made to highlightregional advantages andleading industries to createtypical brands with regional characteristics, strengthen characteristics to create three- dimensional industrial chain development, gather strength in the park or base to expand the quality and efficiency of the industry, and seek optimal plan to promote linkage development mode step by step.
