据和开拓市场的重要环节，是提升供应链水平的关键之因此，如何建立供应商分 类、供应商选择、供应商绩效等多维度的供应商管理，对于增强企业的竞争力以及良 好应对复杂多变的经营环境具有非常重要的作用。 ，C 本文基于对已往供应链管理研究的相关文献梳理以公司为研究对象，系统地 研宄了其供应商管理。主要研宄内容涵盖第三章至第五章，第三章从物料采购与供应 商分布、采购审批与管理流程、采购组织与职责及供应商评审与认证四个方面分析了C 公司供应商管理现状，并采用非结构性访谈法了解当前公司供应链管理存在的问题， 从而明确该公司供应商管理提升的基本方向和相关路径。第四章根据C公司供应链管 理现状及存在问题，确定提升目标与思路，组织相关专家及公司各部门专项研讨，共 同确认形成内部公认的供应商管理流程及与各个流程相匹配的指标体系。在此基础上， 基于AHp 层次分析法构建供应商管理流程及指标体系并确定供应商管理各个流程及指 二 标的权重，将供应商管理提升作为目标层，五大流程作为指标层，十项指标作为方 一 案层，据此构建判断矩阵并做致性检验。第五章在第四章研宄结果的基础上，从机 一 制、标准、系统及组织四个方面提出进步深化的供应商管理运行策略及保障措施。 第六章对研宄进行了总结，列出了本文取得的成果及存在的不足，并对C公司未来供
