几乎所有的创新都嵌入到了特定的、具有互补关系的技术系统中是如今创新的基本
特点，而其中不同技术发展的不平衡则产生了瓶颈问题。近年来，瓶颈在价值捕捉上的
优势已经引起了人们的关注，尤其是掌握瓶颈技术的企业往往能捕捉到整个系统所创造
价值的绝大部分更是引起了人们对这一问题的高度兴趣。然而，无论是在理论上还是实
践上瓶颈的价值捕捉机制仍有待进一步的研究。
通过构建双型博弈模型，本文从谈判能力和创新战略的选择等方面研究了由成熟技
术和新兴技术构成的技术系统中瓶颈的价值捕捉机制，得到的主要结果如下：（1）当瓶
颈企业采取价值创造战略，领先或落后技术企业都采取讨价还价战略，且进行激进式创
新时，价值创造水平的增加对瓶颈企业的价值捕捉具有非单调或负向影响，而在其他情
况下，具有正向影响。（2）成熟技术企业的谈判能力的提高对瓶颈企业的价值捕捉有负
向影响，瓶颈企业自身谈判能力的提高会导致其价值捕捉的增加或减少。（3）如果落后
技术企业选择讨价还价战略，瓶颈企业选择价值创造战略，瓶颈企业的价值捕捉会更高；
当领先技术企业采取讨价还价战略时，受细分市场中买家份额和创新类型的影响，瓶颈
企业应该选择使用的创新战略。（4）当瓶颈企业采取价值创造战略，成熟技术企业采取
讨价还价战略时，瓶颈企业的价值捕捉会随创新战略成功的概率而上升。
总的来说，本文对技术瓶颈价值捕捉机制的研究结果具有一定的理论价值，并对企
业通过谈判战略和创新战略等进行价值捕捉具有较强的现实意义。

Almost all innovations embedded in a specific technology system with complementary
relationships is the basic feature of innovation today, and the unbalanced development of
different technologies creates bottlenecks.In recent years, the advantage of bottleneck in value
capture has attracted people;s attention, especially the enterprises mastering bottleneck
technology often can capture most of the value created by the whole system is aroused
people;s high interest in this problem.However, the value capture mechanisms of both
theoretical and practical bottlenecks still require further investigation.
By constructing game model, this paper studies the value capture mechanism of the
technology system in the bottleneck composed of mature technology and emerging technology.
The main results are as follows: (1) when bottleneck enterprises adopt value creation strategy,
the increase of value creation level has non-monotonous or negative effect on the value
capture of bottleneck enterprises, while in other cases has positive effect.(2) The improvement
of the negotiation ability of mature technology enterprises has a negative impact on the value
capture of bottleneck enterprises. The improvement of the negotiation ability of bottleneck
enterprises will lead to the increase or decrease of their value capture.(3) If the backward
technology enterprise chooses the bargaining strategy and the bottleneck enterprise chooses
the value creation strategy, the value capture of the bottleneck enterprise will be higher; When
the leading technology enterprise adopts the bargaining strategy, the bottleneck enterprise
should choose the innovation strategy influenced by the buyer share and innovation type in the
market segment.(4) When bottleneck enterprise adopts value creation strategy and mature
technology enterprise adopts bargaining strategy, the value capture of bottleneck enterprise
will rise with the probability of success of innovation strategy.
In general, this paper has the theoretical implication on the research results of the
technical bottleneck value capture mechanism, and has strong practical significance for
enterprises to capture the value through the negotiation strategy and innovation strategy.
