在经济全球化、中国大力推进高组量发展的历史潮流中,产品组量逐渐成为企业间
的核心竞争。在 2021年世界 500强中,中国企业占 143家,占比高达 28.6%。中国企
业竞争力增强,全面组量管理受到前所未有的重视。P公司相机模组组隶属于世界 500
强中排名 22位的富士康科技集团,主营业务为相机模组进发,制造和销售,同时成为
苹果,微软,华为等全球顶级客户的主要战略伙伴和全球领先的供应商。进究这样一家
国际型企业的全面组量管理发展历程和改进,对中国企业高组量发展具有现实意义。
本文以 P公司相机模组组组量管理为进究对象,通过系统分析法,全面分析影响P
公司相机模组组组量管理和运营管理的各种主客观因素,指出 P公司相机模组组存在原
材料供应组量问题、组量控制计划存在漏洞、产品可靠性对主动式对焦制程过于敏感和
全面组量管理考核不健全等实际问题。本次进究把全面组量管理理论作为基础,对P公
司相机模组组实施全面组量管理过程中所存在问题进行分析,结合理论知识和P公司相
机模组组全面组量管理实践活动,制定针对性对策。例如,提高供应商管理工程师的业
务水平、优化进料检验流程、建立三方会议检讨机制、提高供应商原材料不良流出的责
任成本来加强对客户指定的强势供应商的原材料组量管理。同时通过精细组量控制计
划、加强产品设计和制程开发,以全面组量管理核心思想“全员参与、全过程、全面
的组量”为 P公司相机模组组当前存在的组量管理问题提出解决方案。最后,通过企业
管理层持续重点关注,健全企业组量文化建设,六西格玛培训提升全员品组素养和技能,
加强内部稽核队伍建设和基于 PDCA循环不断优化保障措施确保改进后的全面组量管
理系统顺利运行。
本文通过以上深入进究,希望可以为 P公司相机模组组在未来激烈的国际化竞争中
取胜提供一些解决思路,同时给国内企业高组量发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Research On The Improvement Of Camera Module Factory Quality
Management At P Company
Abstract
In the historical trend of economic globalization, and China's vigorous promotion of
high-quality development, product quality has gradually become the core competition among
enterprises. Among the Fortune Global 500 in 2021, 143 of them are from China, accounting
for 28.6%. The competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has increased, and total quality
management has received unprecedented attention. Camera module factory of P Company
belongs to Foxconn Technology Group which ranked 22nd in Global 500. Its main business is
R&D, manufacturing and sales of camera module. It not only becomes a major strategic partner
of global customers such as Apple, Microsoft and Huawei, but also becomes a global leading
supplier. To study development process and improvement of total quality management of such
an international enterprise is of practical significance to the high-quality development of
Chinese enterprises.
This thesis takes camera module factory of P Company’s quality management as the
research object, with a systematic analysis method, comprehensively analyzes various
subjective and objective factors that affect camera module factory of P Company’s quality
management and its operation management. It also points out practical problems on camera
module factory of P company such as raw material supply quality issues, loopholes in quality
control plan, over-sensitiveness of product reliability to Active Alignment process and
incomplete quality assessment. This research takes the theory of total quality management as
the basis, analyzes the problems that exist in the process of camera module factory of P
Company’s implementation of total quality management, combines theoretical knowledge and
camera module factory of P Company’s total quality management practice activities, and
formulates targeted countermeasures. For example, this thesis suggests that this factory
improve the business level of supplier management engineers, optimize the incoming quality
control process, establish a tripartite meeting review mechanism and increase the cost of
responsibility for poor outflow of supplier raw materials in order to strengthen the quality
management of raw materials for strong suppliers designated by customers. It also suggests
that the factory improve quality control plan, strengthen product design and process
development to solve current quality management problems by using core idea of total quality
management "full participation, the whole process, comprehensive quality". To ensure the
improved quality management system proceed well, the management continuously focuses on
cultivating corporate quality culture, enhancing quality skills of all employees with Six Sigma

training, strengthening internal audit team and continuously optimizing safeguard measures
based on the PDCA cycle.
With in-depth research, this thesis hopes to provide some ideas for camera module factory
of P company to win in the fierce international competition in the future, and at the same time
provides certain reference for the high-quality development of domestic enterprises.
