摘 要
企业发展过程中需要对市场需求发展趋势进行合理地预测,以此来制定科学的生产
计划,指导各项生产活动的实施。如果企业难以把握住市场机遇,并且生产计划管理水
平较低,则在激烈的市场竞争中必然会处于不利的局面。制造企业发展过程中普遍面临
着较大的压力,需要在生产计划管理中加大投入,紧密结合市场需求来进行设计,针对
生产计划进行优化和调整,充分利用自身现有的资源,保障各项生产活动的有效实施。
通过这种方式不仅可以提升企业生产计划管理的水平,而且有助于高效完成既定的生产
任务,并赢得客户的信赖。
S集团大连 LSB(大尺寸轴承)工厂是 S集团在中国最大的轴承生产基地,最主要
的业务是轴承加工生产,在多年的发展中业务不断成熟,逐步拓展到了技术咨询等多个
领域。为了能够满足工业市场轴承的需求,企业需要制定科学的生产计划,合理调度现
有的资源,优化资源配置,降低生产成本。此外,必须重视生产计划管理工作,紧密结
合客户需求以及自身状况编制生产计划,依据生产计划执行具体的生产任务,从而为客
户提供优质的产品和服务。
本文主要对企业生产计划管理进行了研究,然后以 S 集团大连 LSB 工厂作为研究
对象开展了具体的分析工作,结合调研的结果总结了该工厂在生产计划管理中存在的不
足问题,主要体现在供应链主计划与实际生产计划符合度低、生产计划调整频繁、在制
品物料库存高。分析了这些问题存在的根源,发现主要与库存管理不佳以及短期生产计
划制定不合理等因素有关。针对改善 LSB 工厂生产计划管理现状的对策进行了设计,
提出了改进的策略,主要有强化库存管理、优化编制短期生产计划等,同时提出了对应
的保障措施,包括团队建设以及企业文化保障等。通过这些策略的实施能够改善 LSB
工厂的生产计划管理水平,对于整个企业的生产与发展会产生积极的作用。

Abstract
It is necessary for enterprises to reasonably predict the trend of market development, so as
to make scientific production plan to guide the production activities. If the enterprise is difficult
to grasp the market opportunity and weak in production planning management, it will fail in
the competition. Manufacturing enterprises need to increase investment in production planning
management, optimizing and adjusting production plan, making full use of their existing
resources to ensure the effective implementation of production activities. As a result the
enterprises can complete the production tasks more successful and win the customers.
S Group Dalian LSB (Large Size Bearing) factory is S Group's largest bearing production
base in China, its business includes bearing production and technical consulting. In order to
meet the demand of bearings in the industrial market, enterprises need to make scientific
production plans, rationally dispatch existing resources, optimize resource allocation and
reduce production costs. In addition, we must attach importance to the management of
production planning, combine customer demand and our own situation to execute specific
production tasks, so as to provide customers with high-quality products and services.
This thesis mainly study on the enterprise production planning management, and then use
S group Dalian LSB factory as the research object to carry out the specific analysis, and it
summarizes 3 problems in production planning management, such as low conformity between
supply chain master plan and actual production plan, frequent adjustment of production plan,
high inventory of WIP. After analyzing the root cause is mainly related to the poor inventory
management and unreasonable short-term production planning. This thesis designs the
countermeasures to improve the current situation of LSB factory’s production planning
management, the improvement strategies mainly including strengthening inventory
management, preparing short-term production plan, etc., and proposes corresponding safeguard
measures, including team building and enterprise culture guarantee, etc. The implementation of
these strategies can improve the production planning management level of LSB plant, which
will have a positive effect on the production and development of the whole enterprise.
