D风电场现场服务项目进度管理研究
Research on Schedule Management of Field Service Project
in the D Wind Farm
Abstract
In the last few years, the economic development of our country has changed from high
quantity growth to high quality development with the evolvement of technology and the
enhancement of environmental awareness. The developing rapidly new kinetic energy has
already become a new sign of innovative development. Wind power is a clean, safe and
renewable green energy. Wind power generation, a main form of using wind power, can not
only promote the economy of our country to realize green and low-carbon sustainable
development, but also help China cultivate and expand new kinetic energy. With the support of
national policies, the development of wind power industry is becoming more and more mature
in China. In the process of development, it is very important that the whole machine
manufacturing enterprises provide service for the owners of wind power generators after sale,
which can ensure the normal and stable operation of generators.
S wind power company is a professional maintenance service subsidiary established by G
company. Although S company can solve the troubles of owner’s wind power generators
accurately relying on the advantages of G company, most of field service projects are delayed ,
which means S company could not hand wind power generator projects over to the owners on
time at the end of the projects. This phenomenon leads to the operation and maintenance cost of
wind power generators increase. Consequently, based on the project management of wind
power industry in China and the schedule management problems of field service project in the
D wind farm of S company, the thesis will use the scientific ways, such as the methods of
reference, case analysis, field investigation and so on, to summarize the main problems existing
in the field service project schedule management of D wind farm from four aspects as following:
plan preparation of schedule management, plan controlling and adjustment of schedule
management, team management and risk management. The thesis will analyze the reasons that
result in schedule delay of field service project in the D wind farm deeply by using the scientific
schedule management theory so as to find effective solutions. These solutions could help
schedule management of D wind farm be out of dilemma, relieve the tense situation of capital
flow, and improve the benefits of S company.
This thesis analyzes and solves the schedule management problems of field service project
in the D wind farm in an all-round way, which can not only reduce the field service time

effectively, but also provide other enterprises in the wind power industry with experience
concerning solving the problems of project schedule management.
