我国经济社会稳步发展、人口老龄化加快、“健康中国”战略的实施,为医药物流
业务带来发展机遇;然而国家层面的医疗、医保、医药三医改革,推进药品和医用耗材
大幅降价,使得医药物流业务面临挑战。新的机遇与挑战面前,医药物流企业面对新的
课题。本文通过深入研究S公司医药物流业务发展策略,提出推进医药物流业务发展的
具体方法,为S公司扎实推进医药物流业务,提升企业核心竞争力提供理论支持,具有
借鉴意义。
本文选择大型国有企业S公司为研究对象,从发现问题、分析问题到解决问题逐步
展开研究。首先,研究了S公司医药物流业务发展现状,从资源和能力两方面分析内部
环境,提炼出 S公司发展医药物流业务的核心竞争力。然后,借助 PEST和波特五力分
析模型,重点分析当今宏观环境和行业发展现状,同时比较了主要竞争对手的发展现状。
通过以上内外部环境分析,本文提出S公司医药物流业务增长率下降、利润降低、全国
布局不均衡等关键问题。
关于如何解决问题,本文运用SWOT分析得出,S公司医药物流业务面临的机会大于
挑战,并具有行业头部企业的自身优势。S公司应采用SO增长型策略,发挥自身优势,
紧抓战略机遇,大力发展医药物流业务,并确立十四五期间实现业绩翻倍的发展目标。
为确保这一目标的达成,S公司应从深化全国布局、扩展医药物流服务的产品范围、扩
充上游服务和延展下游服务四个方面制定具体策略,并从人力、财务、IT系统等方面,
制定详细的保障措施。

Study on the Development Strategy of S Company
Pharmaceutical Logistics Business
Abstract
The steady development of China's economy and society, the acceleration of population
aging and the implementation of "healthy China" strategy have brought development
opportunities for pharmaceutical logistics business; However, the reform of medical treatment,
medical insurance and medicine at the national level and the promotion of substantial price
reduction of drugs make the pharmaceutical logistics business face challenges. Facing new
opportunities and challenges, pharmaceutical logistics enterprises are facing new topics. By
deeply studying the development strategy of pharmaceutical logistics business of S company,
this paper puts forward specific methods to promote the development of pharmaceutical
logistics business, which provides theoretical support for S company
This paper selects S company as the research object, and carries out the research from
finding problems, analyzing problems to solving problems. Firstly, it studies the development
status of S company, analyzes the internal environment from two aspects of resources and
capabilities, and extracts the core competitiveness of S company. Then, with the help of PEST
and Porter's five forces analysis model, this paper focuses on the current macro environment
and industry development status, and compares the development status of main competitors.
Through the above analysis, this paper puts forward some key problems such as the decline of
the growth rate of pharmaceutical logistics business, the decrease of profits and the imbalance
of national layout of S company.
This paper uses SWOT analysis to conclude that S company's pharmaceutical logistics
business faces more opportunities than challenges, and has its own advantages. S company
should adopt SO growth strategy, vigorously develop pharmaceutical logistics business, and
establish the development goal of doubling its performance during the 14th Five Year Plan
period. In order to achieve this goal, S company should formulate specific strategies from four
aspects: Deepening the national layout, expanding the product range of pharmaceutical
logistics services, expanding upstream services and extending downstream services. And S
company should formulate detailed safeguard measures from the aspects of manpower,
finance and it system.
