摘要
随着全球信息技术的不断蓬勃发展和高科技产业日新月异的变化,“万物互联”成为人
类社会新的需求,并给物联网产业带来无数的机遇和挑战。为此,我国“十三五”规划提出
了以促进物联网规模化应用为主线,加快建设物联网泛在基础设施、应用服务平台和数据共
享服务平台的思想,进一步促进了中国物联网产业的快速发展。作为致力于物联网产品研发
和市场拓展的 A物联网科技公司(以下简称 A公司),如何判断国内经济形势的走向,迎合
时代的潮流,规避市场风险、在新的互联网企业不断涌现、核心技术迟迟难以得到重大突破
的情况下,制定有效的市场竞争战略,已成为其面临的关键问题。
论文以 A公司作为研究对象,在国内物联网产业发展现状、产业发展趋势等基础上,运
用波特五力模型分析了国内物联网产业的行业竞争状况及竞争特点,并依据 A公司的发展现
状,运用 SWOT分析法对 A公司所处的优劣势进行了探究,确定了 A公司的市场竞争发展
战略及可能遭遇的风险,随之从市场开拓、优化管理、技术创新、产品开发等几个方面提出
了相应的对策和建议。
鉴于 A公司的发展环境、技术水平、格局及发展趋势具有目前物联网行业中企业通用的
一般特征,本文对物联网企业市场竞争战略研究结论,不仅可应用于 A物联网科技公司业务
市场拓展过程中,而且对类似公司也具有借鉴和参考价值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global information technology and the rapid changes of
high-tech industry, "Internet of things" has become a new demand of human society, and has
brought countless opportunities and challenges to the Internet of things industry.Therefore, the idea
of accelerating the construction of ubiquitous infrastructure, application service platform and data
sharing service platform based on the promotion of large-scale application of Internet of things is
put forward in China's 13th five year plan, which further promotes the rapid development of China's
Internet of things industry. As an Internet of things enterprise that committed to the Iot’s product
development and market expansion, how to judge the trend of the economic situation, to meet the
trend of the times, to avoid market risk in face of new Internet enterprises constantly emerging and
major breakthrough difficult of core technology, has become the key problem to develop effective
market competition strategy faced by the company.
In this thesis ,taking a company of Internet of things as the research object and basing on the
analysis of the development status and development trend of domestic Internet of things industry,
we study the industry competition status and characteristics of domestic Internet of things industry
by using Porter's five forces model. According to the development status of a company of Internet
of things, SWOT is used to analyized the industry competition status and characteristics of domestic
Internet of things industry. The advantages and disadvantages of a Internet of things company is
presented to explores determine its market competition development strategy and possible risks, and
then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect, such as market
development, optimized management, technological innovation, product development, etc.
In view of the development environment, technical level, pattern and development trend of a
Internet of things company, it has the general characteristics of enterprises in the Internet of things
industry. Therefore, the research results of market competition strategy of Internet of things
enterprises proposed in this thesis not only applied to company A’s market expansion ,but have
reference value for the same industrial companies.
