摘 要
毕业设计是根据利津县盐窝政和小区5#住宅楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。
该毕业设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照相应的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单套价，土建部分采用以人工费、材料费和机械费为计算基础的计价程序,装饰部分采用以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、工程质量的控制措施及安全文明施工措施等。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。
