随着创新驱动发展战略的提出,我国传统行业转型压力逐年增大,亟需围
绕提高自主创新能力、突破技术瓶颈、掌握关键核心技术来改善自身产业消耗
大、劳动力效率低下等顽疾。企业的创新实力从根本上是来源于员工的创新能
力,创新活动开展的成功与否,将成为企业塑造其核心竞争力的重要一环。因
此,有效引导、鼓励企业员工发挥出创新的积极性、主动性,对企业创新发展
起着关键作用。基于此,本文主要研究 ZY公司通过何种策略提升员工创新能
动性,提高企业创新绩效。
本文在现有研究基础上,首先通过构建了创新意愿、创新能力、创新行为、
主管鼓励及团队合作 5个维度,共计 34个项目的员工创新能动性及组织创新氛
围测量量表,设计调查问卷。通过问卷调查,从内部及外部两个角度获得 ZY
公司创新管理现状。其次,通过对调查结果的统计分析,掌握 ZY公司员工个
体特征关于创新能动性及组织创新氛围影响强度的具体差异。最后根据分析,
提出系统性、针对性的提升策略,并进一步明确重难点,提出保障措施,确保
策略的有效落实。
本文从 ZY公司员工创新能动性视角探讨影响员工创新意愿、创新能力及
创新行为的影响因素及企业组织创新氛围在其中的作用,有助于企业管理层理
解员工创新能动性的构成因素及作用机制,有助于完善公司的治理结构,推动
企业建立有效的员工激励机制,对企业进一步完善员工创新能动性激励机制和
持续发展提供论支持。

Abstract
With the proposal of the innovation-driven development strategy, the
transformation pressure of traditional industries in China is increasing year by year,
and it is urgent to improve the ability of independent innovation to break through the
technological bottleneck and master the key core technologies to improve their own
industrial problems such as high consumption of labor force and low efficiency The
innovation strength of an enterprise is fundamentally derived from the innovation
ability of its employees. The success of innovation activities will become an
important link for an enterprise to shape its core competitiveness. Therefore, it plays
a key role in the innovation development of an enterprise to effectively guide and
encourage its employees to give full play to the initiative of innovation Based on this,
this paper mainly studies the State Grid ZY Company through what kind of
strategies to enhance staff innovation initiative, improve enterprise innovation
performance.
In this paper, on the basis of existing research, first of all, by building the ability
to innovation will encourage innovation behavior supervisor and team cooperation of
