摘要
作为一直致力于工业级无人机整机研制的 TY 无人机科技有限公司,通过潜
心研究和近9年的技术积累,最终实现对核心技术的掌握,成为工业级无人机飞
行控制系统市场、农业植保领域无人机市场中的成长速度最快的高新技术企业,
有着不可或缺的市场地位。同时,在公司发展壮大的过程中,实力变得雄厚,并
建立了属于自身优势的品牌美誉度。随着监管政策措施的落实、行业标准的提高、
无人机性能要求的不断提高和市场竞争的激烈等,使制定发展战略成为公司的当
务之急,必须立即开展的一项工作。
本文首先分析了 TY 无人机科技有限公司所处的内外部环境,在分析公司宏
观环境时采用了 PSET 分析方法,其次分析国内外无人机产业现状及国内无人机
产业存在的问题。最后,分析 TY 无人机科技有限公司的内部环境,从品牌、技
术、人力等优势着手,以及财务状况盈利、生产管理、营销等能力开展研究。结
合公司实际情况,以及愿景和使命的定义,经过 SWOT 矩阵具体分析研究,最终
选择密集型扩张战略。
本文的创新之处在于选择目前学者研究相对较少的新兴产业——工业级无
人机产业开展分析研究,提出无人机企业的发展战略,并就战略实施提出保障措
施,为公司的发展提供新思路。

Abstract
As TY UAV Technology Co.,Ltd.,which has been committed to the
development of industrial-grade UAVs,through concentrated research and
nearly8yearsoftechnologyaccumulation,itfinallyrealizedthemastery
of core technology and became an industrial-grade UAV flight control
system market.The fastest growing high-tech enterprise in the UAV market
in the field of agricultural plant protection has an indispensable market
position.At the same time,in the process of the company's development and
growth,its strength has become strong,and the brand reputation that
belongs to its own advantages has been established.With the
implementation of regulatory policies and measures,the improvement of
industry standards,the continuous improvement of drone performance
requirements and the fierce market competition,the formulation of
development strategies has become the company's top priority and must be
carried out immediately.
This article first analyzes the internal and external environment of
TY UAV Technology Co., Ltd.,When analyzing the macro environment of the
company,the PSET analysis method is used to analyze the current situation
of the UAV industry at home and abroad and the problems existing in the
domestic UAV industry.Secondly,use Porter's five forces model to analyze
thecompany'sexternalcompetitiveenvironment.Finally,startingfromthe
advantages of brand,technology,manpower,as well as financial status,
profitability,production management,marketing and other capabilities,
the internal environment of TY UAV Technology Co.,Ltd.is analyzed.
Combined with the actual situation of the company,as well as the
definition of the vision, after the specific analysis and research of the
SWOT matrix,the intensive expansion strategy was finally selected.
The innovation of this paper is to choose the emerging industry that
hasrelativelylittleresearchbyscholars—theindustrialdroneindustry
to carry out analysis and research,put forward the development strategy
of drone companies, and propose safeguards for the implementation of the
strategy to provide for the company’s development.
