Abstract
As a trade war with China, many foreign trade enterprises of trade activities
severely impact, at the same time, the export tax rebate policy to cancel also let many
enterprise survival space is more and more narrow, more narrow space is bound to
cause more fierce competition, in order to improve the competitiveness of the
enterprise itself, enterprises need to attach importance to cooperation with suppliers,
Deep cooperation with suppliers.
This paper first describes the current status of SUPPLIER evaluation of CQ
Company, analyzes the process of supplier evaluation of CQ company, the index
content of supplier evaluation and the existing three major problems of supplier
evaluation: On the one hand, the evaluation indexes of suppliers are few and not
specific enough. They are mainly considered from the four major aspects of quality,
price, qualification and r&d capability of suppliers, and cannot be carefully evaluated.
Second, the evaluation process mainly relies on the subjective experience of the
evaluators, and the original indicators are qualitative indicators, lacking quantitative
assessment, unable to carry out a comprehensive assessment of suppliers; Third, the
evaluation system is not perfect, failed to establish the supplier database, unable to
update the supplier status in time. Supplier evaluation system, this paper builds
belongs to CQ company increase the other four evaluation indexes, such as,
availability, enterprise service level, the ability to resist risks, can provide products,
built a total of eight primary index, 25 secondary indicators of evaluation index system,
compared with the original evaluation system for full inspection enterprise upstream
suppliers. The establishment of index weight mainly relies on analytic hierarchy
process (AHP), which is relatively subjective and combined with objective TOPSIS
method. The evaluation results obtained are more objective and accurate, and more
accurate and convincing than the original supplier evaluation.
