基于 SAP系统的 A公司物料模块实施与改进研究
摘 要
新冠疫情席卷全球，给人民生命、财产带来巨大损失。核酸检测在新
冠疫情中发挥了重要作用，它属于体外诊断行业。大企业已占领该行业主
要市场，而中小企业如何在此市场中优化内部管理，提高经营效率成了需
要解决的重要问题。
为此，结合体外诊断行业特点，选取某一典型中小企业 A公司为研究
对象，基于 SAP（Systems Applications and Products）物料模块实施，研究
了适用于此类中小企业的物料管理和流程管理。案例研究中，首先对 A公
司进行项目可行性分析，提出规范物料和流程的优化需求。其次制定实施
方案，在数据、采购、库存、发票方面具体应用。然后以上线运行的物料
模块实现的功能为基础，对实施效果分析。对比法分析得出实施前后企业
供应链管理的变化；定量分析运用系统报表功能结合 ABC 分类法得出试
剂采购计划和分类重点管理清单。最后对物料模块实施运行中出现的问题
进行探讨，从重视数据维护，加强模块融合，持续系统维护、优化，建立
员工激励培养制度等方面给出优化对策。
研究得出，SAP物料模块可以满足 A公司优化物料管理和流程管理的
需求，规范了信息化管理，得出了结合体外诊断试剂特点的采购、库存管
理方法，提高了经营管理效率，强大的数据库为决策提供了数据支撑。

RESEARCH ON IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
BASED ON SAP SYSTEM IN A COMPANY
ABSTRACT
COVID-19 pandemic has swept the world, it makes nearly a million people
deaths and property damages. Nucleic acid testing (NAT) plays an important role
in this pandemic, which belongs to IVD (in vitro diagnostic). Large enterprises
have captured major markets, while middle and small-sized enterprises (SMES)
how to optimize internal management and elevate business efficiency become
the vital problem to be settled.
Combined with the characteristics of IVD, choose A company as object
study which representative SMES. Studying material management (MM) and
process management suitable for such SMES, on the basis of implementation of
MM of systems applications and products in (SAP). In the study, firstly, analysis
the project feasibility of A company, propose material specification and process
optimization requirements. Secondly, formulate an implementation plan, in
terms of data, purchase, inventory and invoice implement a specific application.
Again, analysis implementation effect based on functions realized by material
module operation. Correlation method conclusion changes of supply chain
management inside and outside of the company. Quantitative analysis combined
report function with inventory management ABC classification gain reagent
purchase plan and classified emphasis management list. Finally, discuss the
problems in the implementation of the material module, in terms of focus on data
maintenance, strengthen module fusion, system maintenance and establish
employee incentive training system do continue to optimize.
