M科技有限公司竞争战略研究


由于全球信息环境的变化和5G发展,印刷电路板市场呈现出增长势头。同时也由
于产品种类繁多、技术制造水平参差不齐、资金支持种类不一、环保要求日益提高,给
企业的成长环境带来了强烈的刺激。M科技有限公司在中国成立多年,以技术基础为核
心,为世界各大技术公司提供近25年的产品、技术服务和设计理念,并拥有强大的国
内技术骨干。但是该公司被一家民营公司收购,面对多变的市场和特殊的行业地位和发
展阶段,如何对公司进行深层次分析,如何制定相应的战略发展方向,改善内部运作,
如何保持走在世界前列,成为了一个重要的课题。
本文结合战略管理理论,结合行业发展背景和M公司的发展状况,提出了M的战略
分析需求,指出M科技公司未来由外资向民营资本的良性发展对国内产业技术和制造环
境具有积极意义。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分,介绍了选题的背景和意义、应用企
业战略管理理论、研究方法、研究思路和技术路线。第二部分,通过对M科技公司的市
场、政治、社会、科技、行业竞争环境、外部发展环境因素的分析,充分说明M科技公
司所处的行业环境。并对M科技公司进行波特五力模型(现有供应商的讨价还价能力、
供应商的讨价还价能力、买方的讨价还价能力、新进入者的威胁、替代者的威胁以及同
行业竞争者的竞争程度)进行分析,说明其所处的强弱比对环境。第三部分,从内部经
营的角度,介绍了M的内部发展环境因素,研究了企业内部环境的现状。第四部分,综
合内外部环境因素,运用SWOT模型分析,找出公司的优势和劣势。第五部分,明确公
司定位,确立战略发展目标,分析其战略重要性和可行性,最后制定战略行动方案。第
六部分,战略行动方案的实施具体计划,并且从营销管理差异化、研发差异化(包含研
发平台构建和提升技术壁垒)、人员差异化管理和产品制造差异化等方面进行战略实施
与保障。
M科技公司在被收购的环境下,从外资到陆资的变化是其核心,从外资管理到陆资
管理是其核心。本文突出其本质变化后在什么战略行动和实施下,才能保持行业领头羊
水准,以及坚持持续性发展道路。

Abstract
Due to the change of global information environment and 5G development, the printed
circuit board market shows a growth momentum. At the same time, due to the wide variety of
products, uneven technical manufacturing level, different types of financial support and
increasing environmental protection requirements, it has brought strong stimulation to the
growth environment of enterprises. M Technology Co., Ltd. has been established in China for
many years. With technology as the core, M Technology Co., Ltd. has provided products,
technical services and design concepts for major technology companies in the world for
nearly 25 years, and has a strong domestic technical backbone. However, the company was
acquired by a private company. Facing the changeable market and special industry status and
development stage, how to make an in-depth analysis of the company, how to formulate the
corresponding strategic development direction, improve the internal operation, and how to
adhere to being in the forefront of the world has become an important topic.
Combined with the strategic management theory, the industry development background
and the development status of M company, this thesis puts forward the strategic analysis
needs of M, and points out that the benign development of M technology company from
foreign capital to private capital in the future is of positive significance to the domestic
industrial technology and manufacturing environment. This thesis is divided into five parts.
The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, the application of
enterprise strategic management theory, research methods, research ideas and technical route.
The second part fully explains the industry environment of M Technology company through
the analysis of the market, politics, society, science and technology, industry competition
environment and external development environment factors of M Technology company. It
also analyzes M Technology company's Porter Five Forces Model (bargaining power of
existing suppliers, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of new
entrants, threat of substitutes and competition degree of competitors in the same industry),
and explains its strength comparison environment. The third part, from the perspective of
internal operation, introduces the internal development environmental factors of M company,
and studies on the current situation of the internal environment of the enterprise. The fourth
part, combining internal and external environmental factors, uses SWOT model analysis to
find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company. The fifth part defines the

company's positioning, establishes strategic development objectives, analyzes its strategic
importance and feasibility, and finally formulates a strategic action plan. The sixth part is the
specific plan for the implementation of the strategic action plan, and carries out the strategic
implementation and guarantee from the aspects of marketing management differentiation, R
& D differentiation (including R & D platform construction and upgrading of technical
barriers), personnel differentiation management and product manufacturing differentiation.
In the environment of M Technology company being acquired, the change from foreign
capital to land capital is its core, and the change from foreign capital management to land
capital management is its core. This thesis highlights what strategic actions and
implementation can maintain the industry leader level and adhere to the path of sustainable
development after its essential change.
