保险公司通过员工岗前培训,为保险行业培养了大批优秀的保险企业运营和销售人 才,也为保险行业的壮大与发展奠定了扎实的基础。随着国家对保险行业监管力度的加 大,相关文件、政策的出台对保险公司员工岗前培训工作提出了更高的要求,但在具体 落实上,仍然存在一些不足的地方。对保险公司员工岗前培训工作的研究大多都是站在 公司立场展开的,真正从员工自身的角度作为切入点进行研究的相对较少,最终的培训 对策也很难在员工群体中获得较高的满意度。所以,围绕该方面开展相关研究是非常有 必要的。 本文首先从中国人寿保险X分公司的员工培训现状出发,运用问卷调查法、实证分 析法、对比分析法等多种方法,分析了中国人寿保险X分公司员工岗前培训开展的情况。 在问卷设计中,结合实际,提炼了岗前培训压力、自我效能感、岗前培训焦虑三个主要 变量;其次就调查所收集到的所有数据进行了整理、归纳、分析,发现员工岗前培训压 力、自我效能感和岗前培训焦虑三者之间呈现两两显著相关的关系,其中岗前培训压力 和岗前培训焦虑之间呈显著正相关、自我效能感与岗前培训压力、岗前培训焦虑存在负 相关关系;再次,在良好的自我效能感下,岗前培训压力不会显得太大,而且岗前培训 焦虑能够得到缓解,且自我效能感在岗前培训压力和岗前培训焦虑之间存在效应;最后, 针对问题提出对策建议。 本文运用对比分析和实证分析等方法,探索X分公司目前岗前培训工作开展的现状 和问题,并提升资源运用效率,增强岗前培训效率,提升X分公司人力资源管理。本文 可为保险公司员工岗前培训体系的完善提供一定的有益参考。 关键词:岗前培训;人力资源管理;压力;焦虑;自我效能感 论文类型:专题研究 ABSTRACT Theinsurancecompanyhastrainedalargenumberofexcellentinsuranceenterprisesin theinsuranceindustrythroughpre-posttraining,andlaidasolidfoundationforthegrowth anddevelopmentoftheinsuranceindustry.Withtheincreaseofthestate'ssupervisiononthe insuranceindustry,relevantdocumentsandpolicieshaveputforwardhigherrequirementsfor thepre-jobtrainingoftheinsurancecompany,buttherearestillsomeshortcomingsinthe concreteimplementation.Mostoftheresearchonthepre-jobtrainingoftheinsurance companyisbasedonthepositionofthecompany,andthefactthattheresearchisrelatively smallfromtheperspectiveoftheemployeeitselfastheentrypoint,andthefinaltraining countermeasureisdifficulttobeinthestaffgroupAhigherdegreeofsatisfactionisobtained. Therefore,itisnecessarytocarryouttherelevantresearcharoundthearea. Thisthesis,basedonthecurrentsituationofthestafftrainingoftheX-branchofChina LifeInsuranceCompany,analyzesthesituationofthepre-jobtrainingoftheemployeesinthe X-branchofChinaLifeInsuranceCompanybyusingthemethodsofquestionnaire,empirical analysisandcomparativeanalysis.Inthedesignofthequestionnaire,thethreemainvariables ofpre-posttrainingpressure,self-efficacyandpre-jobtraininganxietywererefined,andthen allthedatacollectedintheinvestigationweresorted,summedup,analyzed,andthepre-job trainingpressurewasfound.Therearetwosignificantrelationshipsbetweenself-efficacyand pre-jobtraininganxiety,amongwhichpre-jobtrainingpressureandpre-jobtrainingfocus.
