建筑企业的核心竞争力的研究在我国尚处于起步阶段。研究建筑企业核心竞 争力,有助于提升我国建筑企业的战略管理水平,实现企业内外资源的优化配 置。山东TY建筑公司在快速发展的同时面临同行严峻挑战和市场激烈竞争,如 何建立企业的竞争优势,实现企业的可持续发展,是该公司急需解决的难题。 本文围绕山东TY建筑公司核心竞争力展开研究,在查阅整理国内外相关文 献的基础上,阐述了企业核心竞争力的内涵与特征,分析了建筑企业与其他行业 企业的异同,基于此,对建筑公司核心竞争力进行界定并分析特特征。采用波特 “五力”模型和SWOT分析法系统分析了山东TY建筑公司核心竞争力的内外环 境,并结合现有研究,提出了建筑企业核心竞争力的指标体系和评价方法。评价 指标体系包含公司文化、品牌效应、市场能力、项目管理能力、人力资源能力、 生产及技术创新能力、财务能力等7个方面共29个指标。结合层次分析法对各 个指标进行赋权,运用模糊综合评价法山东TY建筑公司核心竞争力水平等级做出 评价。以此为基础,提出提升TY建筑公司核心竞争力的应对对策,即:加强企 业文化建设、注重公司人才储备、注重技术创新、提高工程项目管理能力、明确 企业核心竞争力的战略地位等。 本研究对山东TY建筑公司核心竞争力的构建和评价有指导作用,对其他企 业打造企业核心竞争力有一定的借鉴和参考价值。 关键词:建筑公司;核心竞争力;AHP;模糊综合评价方法 研究类型:专题研究 Subject:EvaluationandResearchontheCoreCompetitivenessof ShandongTYConstructionCompany Specialty:MasterofBusinessAdministration Name:HaiboShen(Signature) Instructor:Prof.WenBingzhou(Signature) ABSTRACT Theresearchonthecorecompetitivenessofconstructionenterprisesisstillinits infancyinChina.Studyingthecorecompetitivenessofconstructionenterprisesis helpfultoimprovethestrategicmanagementlevelofChina'sconstructionenterprises andrealizetheoptimizedallocationofinternalandexternalresources.ShandongTY constructionco.,ltd.isfacingseverechallengesfromitspeersandfiercemarket competitionintherapiddevelopment.Howtoestablishitscompetitiveadvantageand realizeitssustainabledevelopmentisaproblemurgentlyneededtobesolvedbythe company. Thisarticle,takingtheresearchofShandongTYconstructioncompanycore competitiveness,infinishingonthebasisofrelatedliteratureathomeandabroad,this paperexpoundstheconnotationandcharacteristicsofenterprisecorecompetitivepower, analyzesthesimilaritiesanddifferencesofconstructionenterprisesandotherindustries, basedonthis,todefineandanalyzethecorecompetitionoftheconstructioncompany's characteristics.Usingtheporter"fiveforces"modelandtheSWOTanalysissystemto analyzetheinternalandexternalenvironmentofthecorecompetitivenessofthe ShandongTYbuilding,andtoincorporatetheexistingresearch,ithasproposedthecore competitivenessoftheconstructionenterpriseandtheevaluationmethod.The evaluationindexsystemcontains29indicatorsin7aspects,includingcompanyculture, brandeffect,marketability,projectmanagementability,humanresourcesability, productionandtechnologicalinnovationability,andfinancialability.Basedonthe analytichierarchyprocess(AHP),theweightsofeachindexaredetermined,andthe levelofcorecompetitivenessofShandongTYconstructioncompanyisevaluatedby thefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethod.Basedonthis,thecountermeasuresto improvethecorecompetitivenessofTYconstructioncompanyareputforward,thatis, tostrengthentheenterprisecultureconstruction,payattentiontothetalentreserveof thecompany,payattentiontotechnologicalinnovation,improvetheengineeringproject managementability,andclarifythestrategicpositionoftheenterprisecore competitiveness. Thisstudyhasaguidingroleintheconstructionandevaluationofthecore competitivenessofShandongTYconstructioncompanyandacertainreferencevalue forotherenterprisestobuildthecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.
