制造业作为国民经济的支柱性产业,是国家经济发展的基础。由于竞争格局变化、 市场需求日新月异等问题,推进智能制造已成为发达国家和发展中国家制造业企业未 来的发展趋势,我国当前处于制造业转型升级的关键时期,制造业企业推进智能制造 能有效的解决缺乏核心竞争力、劳动成本上升等问题,是提升我国综合实力、实现工 业化的根本保证。因此,为了保证制造业企业能够顺利推进智能制造,采用科学合理 的方法对制造业企业推进智能制造的路径进行研究,有利于我国制造业企业顺利实现 智能制造,提升综合实力。 本文运用文献研究法梳理了国内外相关研究成果,由此界定了制造业企业、智能 制造等相关概念,分析了制造业企业推进智能制造的现状,指出了发展过程中存在的 问题。针对现有问题,以制造业企业为研究对象,基于共演战略深入分析制造业企业 推进智能制造的影响因素并筛选出关键影响因素,在此基础上构建了制造业企业推进 智能制造的路径,并为制造业企业选择合适的路径建立了路径选择三维模型。最后, 以DWQ企业为例进行实证研究,为其确定了合适的路径推进智能制造,并为实施路 径提出了保障措施,为制造业企业推进智能制造提供有益借鉴。本文旨在开辟制造业 企业推进智能制造路径研究的新视角,通过探索制造业企业推进智能制造的影响因素, 研究制造业企业推进智能制造的路径构建及选择,以期对我国制造业企业推进智能制 造提供一定的参考。 关键词:共演战略;制造业企业;智能制造;路径 Abstract As the prop industry of national economy, manufacturing industry is the foundation of national economic development. Due to the change of competition pattern and the rapid change of market demand, promoting intelligent manufacturing has become the future development trend of manufacturing enterprises in developed countries and developing countries. China is currently in the critical period of manufacturing transformation and upgrading. Manufacturing enterprises promoting intelligent manufacturing can effectively solve the problems of lack of core competitiveness and rising labor cost, which is the fundamental guarantee to enhance Chinese comprehensive strength and realize industrialization. Therefore, in order to ensure that manufacturing enterprises can smoothly promote intelligent manufacturing, scientific and reasonable methods are used to study the path of manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing. It is beneficial for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize intelligent manufacturing smoothly and improve their comprehensive strength. In this paper, literature research method is used to sort out the relevant research results at home and abroad. Based on this, this paper defines manufacturing enterprises, intelligent manufacturing and other related concepts, analyzing the current situation of manufacturing enterprises promoting intelligent manufacturing, and points out the problems in the development process. Aiming at the existing problems, taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object, based on the co-evolution strategy, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing and selects the key influencing factors. On this basis, the path for manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing is constructed, and a three-dimensional model of path selection is established for manufacturing enterprises to select the appropriate path. Finally, taking DWQ enterprises as an example, this paper makes an empirical study to determine the appropriate path to promote intelligent manufacturing, and puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation path, which can provide useful reference for manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing. The purpose of this paper is to open up a new perspective for manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing path research. By exploring the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing, this paper studies the path construction and selection of manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing, in order to provide some reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to promote intelligent manufacturing.
