- I - 摘要 随着市场经济的蓬勃发展,维修服务采购是企业实际生产运营的重要环节。目 前,国内外学者对企业维修服务采购的关注较少,研究文献不多,缺少相对成熟及实 用性强的维修服务供应商的相关评价体系。基于对G公司当前的维修服务供应商评 价指标的分析来看,该指标体系并不健全和成熟,部分指标难以量化,过于单一,且 存在评价指标范围过于宽泛等不足。另外,评价过程中不同部门专家意见主观性强, 且没有清晰的权重算法,所选择的指标体系难以满足G公司的供应商管理要求,本 文研究G公司维修服务供应商评价有一定实践价值意义。 本文以G公司非生产性材料采购中的维修服务为研究对象,以国内外学者关于 供应商评价指标体系及评价方法的研究为基础。首先,总结论述了现有与课题有关的 研究成果、结论;其次全面概括了供应商管理、供应商评价指标体系和灰色关联分析 等相关理论;进而,详细分析了G公司维修服务供应商的构成,并分析了G公司维 修服务供应商评价现状和存在的问题,提出了G公司维修服务供应商评价管理中, 评价指标筛选不合理,指标体系单一,没有完善的维修服务供应商评价模型等问题; 有机结合定性与定量分析法,构建出能够体现G公司维修服务特点的维修服务供应 商评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对指标数据进行赋权,再结合灰色关联分析法排序 供应商方案优劣性;最后,根据新的维修服务供应商评价模型特点,就G公司维修 服务供应商评价提出平衡价值与风险、结合项目特点与指标及部门专家与指标匹配 等建议。 关键词:维修服务;供应商评价;指标体系;层次分析;灰色关联 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - ABSTRACT With the vigorous development of the market economy, maintenance service procurement is an important link in the actual production and operation of enterprises. At present, domestic and foreign scholars pay less attention to the procurement of enterprise maintenance services, and there is not much research literature, and there is a lack of a relatively mature and practical evaluation system for maintenance service providers. Through analysis, it is found that the existing service procurement supplier evaluation index system of G company is not comprehensive enough, difficult to quantify, too singular, and the evaluation index range is too wide. In addition, the opinions of experts from different departments in the evaluation process are highly subjective, and there is no clear weighting algorithm. The selected index system cannot meet G company's supplier management requirements. This paper studies the G company's maintenance service supplier evaluation has certain practical value. The paper takes the maintenance service of G company's non-productive material procurement as the research object. Through careful study of a large number of documents, the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on supplier evaluation index system and evaluation methods are cited. This is the theoretical basis of this paper. Firstly, it summarizes the existing research results and conclusions related to the subject; secondly, it comprehensively summarizes related theories such as supplier management, supplier evaluation index system and gray correlation analysis; secondly, it analyzes in detail the composition of G company maintenance service suppliers , And analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the maintenance service supplier evaluation of G company, and put forward the problems of unreasonable evaluation index screening, single index system, and no perfect supplier evaluation model in the maintenance service supplier management of G company; organic integration Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, build a supplier evaluation index system that can reflect the characteristics of G company maintenance services, use the analytic hierarchy process to weight the index data, Abstract - III - and combine the gray correlation analysis method to rank the advantages and disadvantages of the supplier’s plans; finally, according to The characteristics of the new maintenance service supplier evaluation model provide suggestions on balancing value and risk, combining project characteristics and indicators, and matching department experts with indicators on the maintenance service procurement of G company.
