I 基于PDCA的印刷行业质量管理体系优化研究 ——以ZW印刷公司为例 摘要 印刷行业是我国的传统加工业,其中中小型印刷企业数量繁多,是我国印刷 行业的重要组成部分。随着快递行业的崛起,印刷行业的经营范围不再受到地理 区域的限制,致使整个行业打破了地域的界限,竞争日益激烈。近年来环保的重 压下,更是进一步挤占了印刷行业的经营利润。“微利时代”下的中小型印刷企 业面临重重困境,由于企业规模较小,生产基础薄弱,缺乏科学的管理手段,粗 放的生产运营模式,导致企业更是举步维艰,想要继续存活下去,就不得不改善 现有状况,规范生产经营活动,建立质量管理体系,促进企业的可持续健康发展。 产品质量是印刷企业的核心竞争力,客户满意度是质量评价的最高标准,中 小型印刷企业必须从产品质量出发,提高自身核心竞争力,寻求向大型印刷企业 发展的道路。ZW印刷公司是典型的中小印刷企业,客户资源充足,业务稳定。 但是随着市场竞争激烈,现有的质量管理已不能满足生产经营的需要,甚至阻碍 了生产效率的提升,本文将以ZW印刷公司为研究对象,通过质量管理理论的分 析,深入企业内部进行调研,对目前公司的质量管理现状进行剖析,找出其在质 量管理体系、员工管理、现场管理等方面的不足,结合全面质量管理的理论知识, 运用PDCA循环管理模型,分为改进目标策划、改进策划实施、检验改进效果、 遗留问题再循环四个阶段,对企业现存的质量管理问题进行优化改进。本研究将 通过理论联系企业的生产实际,帮助企业优化质量管理体系,规范企业的生产流 程,降低生产成本,提高一次性成品率,提高内部员工和外部客户的满意度,为 今后进一步的扩大发展提供保障。 关键词:印刷;质量管理体系;PDCA循环 ABSTRACT II RESEARCHONTHEOPTIMIZATIONOF PRINTINGQUALITYMANAGEMENTSYSTEM BASEDONPDCACYCLETHEORY ——TAKEZWPRINTINGCOMPANYASANEXAMPLE ABSTRACT TheprintingindustryisatraditionalprocessingindustryinChina.Amongthem, therearealargenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedprintingenterprises,whicharean importantpartofourprintingindustry.Withtheriseoftheexpressdeliveryindustry, thebusinessscopeoftheprintingindustryisnolongersubjecttogeographical restrictions,whichhascausedtheentireindustrytobreakgeographicalboundaries andbecomeincreasinglyfierce.Undertheweightofenvironmentalprotectionin recentyears,ithasfurthersqueezedtheoperatingprofitoftheprintingindustry. Smallandmedium-sizedprintingenterprisesinthe"marginalera"facenumerous difficulties.Duetotheirsmallscale,weakproductionbase,lackofscientific managementmethods,andextensiveproductionandoperationmodes,enterprises havestruggledevenmore.Iftheywanttocontinuetosurvive,theymustnotWithout improvingthecurrentsituation,standardizeproductionandoperationactivities, establishaqualitymanagementsystem,andpromotesustainableandhealthy developmentofenterprises. Productqualityisthecorecompetitivenessofprintingcompanies,andcustomer satisfactionisthehigheststandardforqualityevaluation.Smallandmedium-sized printingcompaniesmuststartfromproductquality,improvetheircore competitiveness,andseekapathtolargeprintingcompanies.ZWPrintingCompany isatypicalsmallandmedium-sizedprintingcompanywithsufficientcustomer resourcesandstablebusiness.However,withthefiercemarketcompetition,the existingqualitymanagementcannolongermeettheneedsofproductionand operation,andevenhindertheimprovementofproductionefficiency.Thisarticlewill 华北水利水电大学硕士学位论文 III takeZWPrintingCompanyastheresearchobject,andanalyzetheinternal managementoftheenterprisethroughtheanalysisofqualitymanagementtheory. Analyzethecurrentstatusofthecompany'squalitymanagement,findoutits deficienciesinthequalitymanagementsystem,employeemanagement,on-site management,etc.,combinethetheoreticalknowledgeoftotalqualitymanagement, andusethePDCAcyclemanagementmodeltodivideitintoimprovementtarget planningandimprovementPlanandimplement,inspectandimprovetheeffect,and recycletheremainingproblemstooptimizetheexistingqualitymanagement problemsoftheenterprise.Thisstudywillconnecttheproductionrealityofthe enterprisethroughtheory,helptheenterpriseoptimizethequalitymanagement system,standardizetheproductionprocessoftheenterprise,reduceproductioncosts, increasecustomersatisfaction,andprovideguaranteeforfurtherexpansioninthe future.
