深圳市猎豹金融押运股份有限公司是一家致力于成为中国金融物流行业领 先者的金融押运公司,其运营管理领先于同行企业。但是随着电子信息时代变革 的到来,移动支付迅速增长的同时,人们对现金的需求正在逐渐下降,银行现金 柜台业务量萎缩。现金作为押运的主要标的物,其需求的下降直接影响着押运公 司的生存发展。在此背景下,猎豹金融押运公司如何通过业务整合,优化运营管 理,实现资源最优化配置,减低成本,迫在眉睫。 本文以猎豹金融押运公司为研究对象,通过系统研究法、访谈调查法和调查 分析法对该公司的业务运营管理现状进行深入研究,发现公司存在人、车和设备 资源利用率低、跨团队运作的协同差和业性务运作效率低等问题。究其原因是猎 豹金融押运公司组织结构不合理、运营调度不合理和业务信息系统不先进。因此, 本文结合集约化理论和业务流程再造理论探究其整合策略,从组织结构扁平化、 业务运营集约化和信息系统智能化三方面制定整合策略的思路。最后为了保障业 务整合策略的有效推进,从加强员工培训和优化绩效考核标准两方面提出保障措 施。 本文提出的业务整合策略将能有效地实现猎豹金融押运公司资源优化配置、 提高运营效率和提升服务质量的目标,提升公司的竞争力,保障公司的可持续经 营。同时,本文为同行业押运公司运营管理优化和业务整合提供借鉴参考。 关键词:业务整合,整合策略,集约化,流程再造 II STUDYONBUSINESSINTEGRATIONSTRATEGYOF CHEETAHFINANCIALESCORTCOMPANY Abstract ShenzhenCheetahFinancialEscortCo.isafinancialescortcompanycommitted tobecomingafinanciallogisticsleaderinChina,anditsoperationandmanagementis aheadofitspeers.Butwiththeadventoftheeraofelectronicinformation,mobile paymentisgrowingrapidly,atthesametime,people'sdemandforcashisgradually declining,bankcashcounterbusinessvolumeisshrinking.Cashasthemainsubject matterofescort,itsdemanddeclinedirectlyaffectsthesurvivalanddevelopmentof theescortcompany.Inthiscontext,itisurgentforCheetahFinancialEscortCompany tooptimizeoperationmanagement,optimizeresourceallocationandreducecost throughbusinessintegration.
