随着现代经济和科技发展,汽车产业逐步成为中国制造业的支柱产业之一。从 2010 年至 2017 年一直处于高速增长阶段。这一趋势在 2018 年时被打破,汽车零部 件制造业随着整个产业链的下滑趋势,首次出现下降,且这种下降在 2019 年仍在持 续发生。 YFA 公司是中国汽车零部件制造业的“排头兵”,一直致力于汽车座椅产品的 精耕细作。在行业呈现下滑趋势的背景下,为了配合企业发展的战略,YFA 公司在 供应商管理方面急需改革,将现有供应商的成本持续降低,使整个供应商体系更加 适应当前企业的发展,供应商成为 YFA 公司整体发展战略的重要一环。供应商绩效 考核体系,也成为 YFA 公司供应商体系的最终和最重要环节,且面对旧体系带来的 诸多问题,亟待优化。 本文通过对供应商绩效考核体系相关理论的整理和归纳,发现了前期学者研究 中均是根据所研究行业或案例的情况,提出的多重评价指标,却未有学者对当前广 泛认可的主要指标根据企业具体情况,以数据模型的方式进行归纳和总结,整理出 具有普遍行业适应性的指标体系,目前大多数集中于整车制造企业,关于汽车零部 件企业的非常少,无法依照零部件企业的特点进行体系建设,形成对零部件行业的 指导。因此,在研究的过程中,本文除了对前期学者的研究进行归纳总结外,结合 作者在日常工作中收集到的有关公司进行供应商管理及考核的数据、资料和调查结 果,运用文献研究、案例分析、定性分析、定量分析等课题研究的有效方法,进行 了指标选取,使之更符合汽车零部件行业的整体特点,且具有广泛的适应性。然 后,利用随机森林法的数学模型,对 YFA 公司的供应商绩效考核体系深入探究,明 确 YFA 公司在当前体系中存在的主观性强、实用性不足、协调性差等方面的问题, 通过针对这些问题和原因的分析,利用随机森林法构建了 YFA 公司供应商绩效考核 体系的优化模型,确定和验证各个评价指标及一致性,最终确定了 YFA 公司供应商 绩效考核的方法,推导出计算的过程,并进行实例分析和效果的验证与总结,验证 了新体系的有效性和对供应商质量的提升作用。 本论文的研究最终优化出了更适合 YFA 公司当前发展的供应商绩效考核体系方 案,并对体系实施的结果有效性进行验证与总结,帮助 YFA 公司实现供应商管理水 平的提升,达到了筛选最优供应商的目的,在供应商考核层面上实现了企业效益最 大化的目标。 关键词:供应商;供应商绩效;绩效考核;随机森林法III Abstract With the development of modern economy and science and technology, automobile industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of China's manufacturing industry. From 2010 to 2017, it has been in a high-speed growth stage. This trend was broken in 2018. With the downward trend of the whole industry chain, the auto parts manufacturing industry declined for the first time, and this decline continues in 2019. Yfa company is the "leader" in China's auto parts manufacturing industry, and has been committed to the intensive cultivation of auto seat products. Under the background of the declining trend of the industry, in order to match the development strategy of the enterprise, yfa company urgently needs to reform in the aspect of supplier management, continuously reduce the cost of existing suppliers, and make the whole supplier system more suitable for the development of the current enterprise. Suppliers become an important part of the overall development strategy of yfa company. Supplier performance evaluation system has become the final and most important part of yfa company's supplier system, and it needs to be optimized in the face of many problems brought by the old system. Through the sorting out and induction of the relevant theories of the supplier performance appraisal system, this paper finds that in the previous studies, scholars put forward multiple evaluation indexes according to the situation of the industry or case studied, but no scholars have summarized and summarized the currently widely recognized main indexes in the way of data model according to the specific situation of the enterprise, sorting out the indexes with general industry adaptability Index system, and although the research object is automobile enterprises, most of them focus on vehicle manufacturing enterprises. There are very few automobile parts and components, so it is impossible to build the system according to the characteristics of the parts and components enterprises, forming the guidance for the parts and components industry. Therefore, in the process of research, in addition to summarizing the previous scholars' research, combined with the data, materials and survey results collected by the author in daily work about the company's supplier management and assessment, this paper uses the effective methods of literature research, case analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and other research topics to select indicators, so as to make it more consistent with the research TheIV overall characteristics of the auto parts industry, and has a wide range of adaptability. Then, using the mathematical model of random forest method, starting from the current situation of the supplier performance appraisal system of yfa company, this paper makes an in-depth study on the supplier performance appraisal system of yfa company, and clarifies the problems existing in the current system of yfa company, such as strong subjectivity, lack of practicability, poor coordination, etc. through the analysis of these problems and causes, the paper uses random forest method to build yfa The optimization model of the company's supplier performance appraisal system determines and verifies each evaluation index and consistency, and finally determines the method of yfa company's supplier performance appraisal, deduces the calculation process, and carries out case analysis and effect verification and summary to verify the effectiveness of the new system and the improvement of supplier quality.
