M集团公司具有百年的历史传承,一直深耕于旅游文化产业,对于产品品 质尤为看重。而如何能够有效的实现企业发展转型就需要有一套较为科学、切 实可行的管理模式,如何在当前行业内人员高流动率,劳动高强度的现状下, 保证高质量发展是企业必须解决的问题。通过多年对质量管理的探索,聚焦于 全面质量管理和自组织管理理念,在学习借鉴长白山国际度假区管理机制的基 础上建立了DP(DiscoveryandProgress)管理模式。DP模式主要由发现和发 展两个框架构成,其主旨是通过激发员工主观能动性,强化员工自管理,进而 实现全面提升企业质量的目标。 本文对M公司DP模式运行情况进行诊断研究,通过查阅资料,调查访谈, 问卷调查,重点围绕DP系统特征、组织行为特征和组织绩效特征设计问卷, 前后两次对M公司员工发放调查问卷130份,收回有效问卷112份,从不同视 角对采集到的数据进行分析,重点分析DP模式运行的状况以及运行过程中对 组织行为带来的变化,进而对组织绩效产生的影响,对查找出的问题进行剖析 并提出对策建议。本研究以M集团公司DP项目为案例研究对象,利用理论知 识与实践场景相结合,提出相应的管理策略和措施,具有一定的理论意义和实 践参考。该方法对于创新管理方式的有效性诊断有一定的参考和借鉴意义。 关键词:DP模式;组织行为;组织绩效;诊断; 哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 II Abstract Withahistoryof100years,Mgrouphasbeendeeplyengagedinthetourism andculturalindustrywithparticularemphasisonproductquality.Howto effectivelyrealizeenterprisedevelopmentandtransformationrequiresasetof relativelyscientificandfeasiblemanagementmode.Howtoensurehigh-quality developmentunderthecurrentsituationofhighturnoverrateandhighlabor intensityintheindustryisaproblemthatenterprisesmustsolve.Throughyearsof explorationonqualitymanagement,wefocusontheconceptoftotalquality managementandself-organizationmanagement.DP(DiscoveryandProgress)mode isaninnovativemanagementmodeestablishedbyMcompanyonthebasisof learningfromthemanagementmechanismofWhiteMountainResort.DPmodel consistsmainlyoftwoframeworks:discoveryandprogress.Itsmainpurposeisto stimulateemployees'subjectiveinitiative,strengthenemployees'self-management, soastoachievethegoalofcomprehensivelyimprovingthequalityofthe enterprise.
