随着我国制造业传统的生产资源与劳动力优势的逐步丧失,转型发展就成为 了制造业必须要面对的课题。传统制造企业要想在新的竞争环境下得以生存和发 展,就必须寻求新的利润点。从世界工业化进程的角度来看,物流业的发展与制 造业相伴相生,尤其是精益思想在物流领域得到应用后,精益物流在当前小批量 多品种的市场需求背景下备受推崇。作为降低企业生产成本和提升企业运营效率 的有效方式,精益物流正在被越来越多的企业所应用。本研究的研究案例是株洲 市Y公司,是一家从事散热器、电抗器、变压器、功率器等产品生产的制造企业, 本研究以其为研究对象,探讨精益物流在制造企业中的应用。 在对Y公司进行实地调研的基础上,通过深入分析当前公司物流体系存在的 问题,在精益物流相关理论和方法的指导下,针对存在的各种问题提出针对性解 决方案,以期能帮助Y公司提升物流管理水平。首先,本研究对具体研究背景、 目的和意义等方面进行了阐述,并梳理了国内外学着关于精益物流的研究成果, 交代了研究所采用的思路框架和研究方法等。其次是通过对公司的实地调研和分 析,对公司精益物流现状和存在的问题进行分析,发现公司在原材料采购、供应 商管理、成本管理、物流配送、仓储管理和客户管理等方面均存在有待改进的地 方。再次,以精益物流相关理论和方法为指导,在相关目标和原则的框架下,从 公司的客户管理、供应商管理、仓储、配送等各个维度进行针对性优化政策设计。 为了确保公司精益物流改进方案的顺利推进,还提供了具体的实施保障政策建 议。最后是对本研究进行系统总结,指出研究存在的不足与后续研究方向。 精益物流体系的优化是一项非常复杂的系统工程,如何让精益思想深入贯彻 到公司的物流体系中去,是制造企业必须要深思的问题。本研究通过对Y公司的 研究,以期能帮助Y公司完善物流体系建设的同时,也能为其他企业实施精益物 流提供相应的指导。 关键词:Y公司,精益思想,精益物流 IV Abstract Thelossofabundantproductiveresourcesandalargenumberoflaborforce advantageshasforcedChina'smanufacturingindustrytofacethetransformationof developmentmodel.Iftraditionalmanufacturingenterpriseswanttosurviveand developinthenewcompetitiveenvironment,theymustseeknewprofitpoints.From thepointofviewofworldindustrialization,thedevelopmentoflogisticsindustryand manufacturingindustrygohandinhand.Especiallyaftertheapplicationoflean thinkinginthefieldoflogistics,leanlogisticsishighlypraisedinthecontextofsmall batchandmulti-varietymarketdemand.Asaneffectivewaytoreduceproduction costsandimproveoperationalefficiency,leanlogisticsisbeingusedbymoreand moreenterprises.ThecaseofthisstudyisYCompanyofZhuzhouCity,whichisa manufacturerengagedintheproductionofradiators,reactors,transformers,power devicesandotherproducts. Basedontheon-the-spotinvestigationofYcompany,throughin-depthanalysis oftheexistingproblemsinthecompany'slogisticssystem,undertheguidanceoflean logisticstheoryandmethods,targetedsolutionstovariousproblemsexist,inorderto helpYcompanytoimprovetheleveloflogisticsmanagement.Firstly,thispaper expoundsthespecificresearchbackground,purposeandsignificance,combsthe domesticandforeignresearchresultsonleanlogistics,andexplainstheresearch frameworkandresearchmethodsadoptedbytheresearch.Secondly,throughthe on-the-spotinvestigationandanalysisofthecompany,thispaperanalyzesthecurrent situationandexistingproblemsofleanlogistics,andfindsthattherearestillsome areastobeimprovedintheaspectsofrawmaterialprocurement,suppliermanagement, costmanagement,logisticsdistribution,warehousingmanagementandcustomer management.Thirdly,undertheguidanceoftherelevanttheoriesandmethodsoflean logistics,andundertheframeworkofrelevantobjectivesandprinciples,thepolicy designisoptimizedfromtheaspectsofcustomermanagement,suppliermanagement, warehousing,distributionandsoon.Inordertoensurethesmoothprogressofthe V company'sleanlogisticsimprovementprogram,italsoprovidesspecific implementationofsecuritypolicyrecommendations.Thelastpartisasystematic summaryofthisresearch,pointingouttheshortcomingsandfutureresearch directions. Theoptimizationoftheleanlogisticssystemisaverycomplicatedsystem engineering.Howtomaketheleanthinkingdeeplyintothecompany'slogistics systemisaproblemthatmanufacturingenterprisesmustthinkdeeply.Throughthe studyofYcompany,thisstudyaimstohelpYcompanyimprovethelogisticssystem construction,butalsoforotherenterprisestoimplementleanlogisticstoprovidethe correspondingguidance.
