随着我国科技的进步以及市场的成熟,企业获得了巨大的发展空间,也取得了较好 的成绩。伴随着经济发展下行的压力不断增大,企业面临的转型升级的压力就越来越大, 企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中取得成功,就必须要依靠自身的变革,促进自身的生产效 率的提升,达到经济效益进步的目的,企业依靠自身的变革很重要的一个方法就是对企 业的业务流程进行再造,改变企业原有的生产以及业务中的冗杂的过程,简化不必要的 流程,促进企业的成本的下降以及业务效率的提升。 本文基于业务流程再造的理论,在学习研究国内外相关研究成果的的基础上,对于 YY厂的具体经营状况进行了分析,找到了YY厂的市场战略以及业务流程管理之间存 在的问题,并对产生问题的原因进行了详细的分析,找出了YY厂业务问题的关键点, 进而提出解决关键问题的对策,进行了YY厂业务流程再造方案设计,具体包括对于企 业的组织架构进行改变,对于企业的供应链管理流程进行优化,同时在业务流程上进行 优化;同时,对于YY厂的业务流程的保障措施进行了论述,通过横向制约,纵向制约, 数据明晰,奖惩等方面进行了具体的分析,最终通过在业务流程再造以后公司取得的成 绩进行了介绍,证明了本文在对于YY厂的业务流程再造工作取得了一定的成绩,并且 对于今后的工作重点进行了介绍。希望通过本文研究,可以很好的促进整个YY厂的生 产效率以及业务流程的进步,促进整个企业的效益的提升。 关键词:YY厂;业务流程;流程再造;保障措施 研究类型:专题研究 Subject:StudyonBusinessProcessReengineeringofYYFurniture HardwareAccessoriesFactory Specialty:MasterofBusinessAdministration Name:LaiShi-wang(signature):) Instructor:LiWen-qin(signature):) ABSTRACT WiththeadvancementofChina'sscienceandtechnologyandthematurityofthemarket, thecompanyhasgainedtremendousroomfordevelopmentandachievedgoodresults.Asthe downwardpressureoneconomicdevelopmentcontinuestoincrease,thepressureon enterprisestofacetransformationandupgradingisincreasing.Ifenterpriseswanttosucceed inthefiercemarketcompetition,theymustrelyontheirownchangestopromotetheirown productionefficiency.Toenhanceandachieveeconomicbenefits,oneofthemostimportant waysforcompaniestorelyontheirownchangesistoreengineertheirbusinessprocesses, changetheoriginalproductionandredundantprocessesinthebusiness,simplifyunnecessary processes,andpromoteenterprisesthecostofthedeclineandtheimprovementofbusiness efficiency. Basedonthetheoryofbusinessprocessreengineering,thispaperanalyzesthespecific operationstatusofYYfactoryonthebasisofstudyingandresearchingrelevantresearch resultsathomeandabroad,andfindstheproblemsbetweenYYfactory'smarketstrategyand businessprocessmanagement.Adetailedanalysisofthecausesoftheproblemswasmade, thekeypointsofthebusinessproblemsoftheYYfactorywerefoundout,andthe countermeasuresforsolvingthekeyproblemswereproposed.Thedesignofthebusiness processreengineeringoftheYYfactorywascarriedout,includingthechangeofthe organizationalstructureoftheenterprise.Optimizethesupplychainmanagementprocessof theenterpriseandoptimizeitinthebusinessprocess.Atthesametime,itdiscussesthe safeguardmeasuresoftheYYplant'sbusinessprocess,andcarriesoutspecificmeasures throughhorizontalconstraints,verticalconstraints,cleardata,rewardsandpunishments,etc. Theanalysisfinallyintroducedtheachievementsofthecompanyafterthereengineeringof thebusinessprocess,whichprovedthatthepaperhasmadecertainachievementsinthe businessprocessreengineeringworkfortheYYplant,andintroducedthefutureworkfocus.
