中信银行对公业务发展战略研究 在改革开放的不断深化、资本市场不断发展下,银行业结构不断完善。股份 制商业银行在经过市场的锤炼后不断焕发生机。我国的金融体系建设、金融市场 发展的稳定离不开商业银行的支持。商业银行整体的规模在不断壮大。随着互联 网金融的加入,商业银行受到不小冲击。传统银行业的份额在逐渐缩小。中信银 行成立于 1987 年,业务种类丰富,是我国有代表性的商业银行之一。对公业务 是中信银行的优势业务,但是在互联网金额和国外银行进入的压力下,中信银行 也进行了对公业务的创新和变革。 本文内容分为四个部分。第一部分绪论介绍了文章的研究背景与意义,研究 方法和内容以及相关的文献综述和理论基础。第二部分从中信银行的发展状况和 中信银行的对公业务发展状况角度,分析出目前中信银行对公业务发展面临的问 题,由于转型时间尚短,在金融产品同质化、定价能力和人力资源支撑方面仍需 提升。第三部分分析了中信银行对公业务发展的内外部环境以及运用 SWOT 分 析法找出中信银行的优势与劣势,机遇与挑战。第四部分提出对中信银行对公业 务战略制定及实施的建议。2018 年全面启动公司银行业务转型,在广泛市场调 研分析基础上,制定了《2018—2020 年公司业务转型实施方案》,其中重点是对 公业务的转型,2018 年作为三年规划的开局之年交出了满意的答卷,在战略实 施层面,还应继续打造对公业务金融服务体系,加快组织架构的整合,扩展对公 客户的服务范围,以及积极发展境外的对公业务,配套服务设施建设,如落实政 策保障和资源投入,加强风险管理和控制保障以,人力资源保障方面也应当将持 续加强。 关键词: 中信银行;对公业务;商业银行;业务转型ABSTRACT Research on CITIC Bank's Corporate Business Development Strategy With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous developmentofthecapitalmarket,thebankingindustrystructurehasbeencontinuously improved. Joint-stock commercial banks continue to flourish after being tempered by the market. The construction of China's financial system and the stability of the development of the financial market are inseparable from the support of commercial banks. The overall scale of commercial banks is growing. With the entry of Internet finance, commercial banks have suffered a lot. The share of the traditional banking industry is gradually shrinking. Founded in 1987, CITIC Bank has a wide range of businesses and is one of the representative commercial banks in China. CITIC Bank's superior business is the business of CITIC Bank. However, under the pressure of the Internet and the entry of foreign banks, CITIC Bank has also carried out new innovations and changes in corporate business. The content of this article is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction introduces the research background and significance of the article, researchmethods andcontent, andrelatedliterature reviews andtheoretical foundations. In the second part, from the perspective of the development status of CITIC Bank and the development status of CITIC Bank's corporate business, it analyzes the current problems faced by CITIC Bank in the development of corporate business. Due to the short transition period, it has become more homogeneous in financial products, pricing power and manpower Resource support still needs to be improved. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of CITIC Bank's corporate business development and uses the SWOT analysis method to find out the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of CITIC Bank. The fourth part puts forwardsuggestions fortheformulation andimplementationofCITICBank's corporatebusiness strategy. In 2018, the company's banking business transformation was fully launched. Based on extensive market research and analysis, the "2018-2020 Corporate Business Transformation Implementation Plan" was formulated, with the focus on the transformation of public business. After submitting a satisfactory answer sheet, at the strategic implementation level, we should continue to build a financial service system for corporate business, accelerate the integration of organizational structure, expand the scope of services to corporate customers, and actively develop overseas corporate business and supporting service facilities. Such as the implementation of policy guarantees and resource inputs, the strengthening of risk management and control guarantees and the enhancement of human resources guarantees should also be continuously strengthened.
