目前，云计算技术已经趋于成熟，信息系统规划的不少科学指导方法也提出多年，还 有项目管理体系理论也越来越受到大家的追捧。更多的个人和企业将自己的业务应用系统搬 上云端，与此同时，出于法规政策、数据安全、行业的特性及既有IT资源利用等方面的考 虑，很多的大型企业也开始利用这些技术和管理体系，用信息系统规划的科学方法来构建自 己的私有云平台。这些大型企业像早期企业信息化变革时一样，在构建私有云平台的过程中， 以新的技术为载体，以科学的规划方法为指导，通过项目化运作，将企业的各类资源、生产 业务、管理等融入其中，达到整个企业再次形成转型变革之势。当下，深圳机场全集团正在 推动数字化转型，作为深圳机场“客、货、城、人、智”五大战略之一，深圳机场物流板块 现有的信息化水平已经不能很好地适应业务更新、客户需求的变化以及集团数字化型的要求。 在这一背景下，本文提出了对深圳机场物流板块进行整体的信息化改造，打造出深圳机场物 流信息私有云平台。 本文首先以企业系统规划法（BSP）为原则，就深圳机场物流板块的信息化现状做了 必要的梳理，找到其正面临着的诸如规划不统一、数据共享不畅等问题。继而针对这些问题 提出进行私有云平台建设的可行性，并设计出深圳机场物流信息平台云体系服务类别。据此， 提出跨物流业务板块的资源整合、数据中间平台的搭建和多种生产业务系统的部署应用等私 有云化的核心内容，并构建出该平台私有云服务类别层。再通过项目运作的方式，提出深化 设计方案和实施方案，以保障该平台可以落地。 本论立足于企业实际情况，以云计算技术为手段的深圳机场物流信息云平台的建设一定 能极大提升其信息化能力，促进业务流程优化，改善信息化管理水平。论文的研究成果将为 类似企业或行业的私有云平台建设提供有益借鉴，具有一定的启发作用。 关键词：云计算，系统规划，物流，项目管理，深圳机场 基于私有云的深圳机场物流信息平台建设研究 II ABSTRACT At present, cloud computing technology has become mature, many scientific guidance methods of information system planning have been put forward for many years, and the theory of project management system is more and more popular. More individuals and enterprises move their business application systems to the cloud. At the same time, due to the consideration of laws and regulations, data security, industry characteristics and the use of existing IT resources, many large enterprises also start to use these technologies and management systems to build their own private cloud platform with the scientific method of information system planning. In the process of building private cloud platform, these large-scale enterprises take new technology as the carrier, scientific planning method as the guidance, through project-based operation, integrate all kinds of resources, production business, management, etc. of enterprises into it, so that the whole enterprise can form transformation and transformation again. At present, the whole group of Shenzhen airport is promoting the digital transformation. As one of the five strategies of "Customers, Goods, Cities, People and Intelligence" of Shenzhen airport, the existing informatization level of Shenzhen airport logistics sector has not been able to adapt well to the business update, the change of customer demand and the group's digital requirements. In this context, this paper proposes the overall information transformation of the logistics sector of Shenzhen airport to create a private cloud platform for logistics information of Shenzhen airport. Firstly, based on the principle of enterprise system planning (BSP), this paper makes a necessary analysis of the current situation of information technology in Shenzhen airport logistics sector, and finds out the problems it is facing, such as the disunity of planning and the unsmooth data sharing. Then the feasibility of private cloud platform construction is put forward, and the cloud system service category of Shenzhen airport logistics information platform is designed. According to this, the core content of private cloud is proposed, such as resource integration across logistics business, construction of data intermediate platform and deployment and application of various production business systems, and the private cloud service category layer of the platform is constructed. Then through the way of project operation, it puts forward the detailed design scheme and implementation scheme to ensure that the platform can be implemented. Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, the construction of logistics information cloud platform of Shenzhen airport by means of cloud computing technology will greatly enhance its informatization ability, promote business process optimization, and improve the level of informatization management. The research results of this paper will provide useful reference for the construction of private cloud platform of similar enterprises or industries, and have certain inspiration.
