- I - 摘要 销售物流的重要性现已被越来越多企业认可,被公认为第三利润源。精益的销售 物流管理,可以为企业降低成本,提高工作效率,提高客户满意度。本文通过对AB 公司销售物流管理进行研究、探索,发现其存在的问题,并针对发现的问题设计优化 方案,希望为AB公司销售物流的管理提供借鉴,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。 首先,阐述本文的研究背景和意义、与精益思想和销售物流相关的国内外研究现 状,以及文章的思路框架和使用的研究方法和工具,对涉及到的概念和相关的理论知 识进行阐述,为文章后续的研究打下坚实的理论基础。 其次,阐述了AB公司销售物流基本情况,从人力资源管理,销售物流流程,库 房管理,运输和配送,物流信息化系统方面分析存在的问题和原因。 再次,根据AB公司销售物流存在的问题,结合精益思想,运用相关方法对其进 行优化方案设计,采用价值流图法优化销售物流流程;运用ABC分类法和供应商管 理库存(VMI)优化库房管理;采用重心法,精简库房数量;通过线性规划,优化配 送路线;对第三方物流公司的考核办法采用KPI考核;对物流管理应用智能化信息 系统,进而整体提高销售物流工作效率。 最后,在观念的转变,信息系统和绩效考核等方面提出了优化方案实施的保障举 措,保障销售物流的优化方案可以顺利实施,达到预期效果。 关键词:精益思想;销售物流;价值流图 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract The importance of distribution logistics widely regarded as the third profit source is now recognized by more and more enterprises. This paper studies and explores the distribution logistics management of AB company to find its existing problem, according to which founding design optimization scheme, and hope to provide reference for the management of distribution logistics of the AB company, then improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Firstly, it expounds the research background and significance of this paper, the research status of lean thinking and distribution logistics at home and abroad, as well as the thinking framework, research methods and tools used in this paper. Besides, this paper elaborates the concepts involved and relevant theoretical knowledge, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research of this paper. Secondly, it expounds the basic situation of distribution logistics of AB company, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons from the aspects of human resource management, distribution logistics process, warehouse management, transportation distribution, and logistics information system. Thirdly, according to the problems existing in distribution logistics of AB company, combined with lean thinking, relevant methods were used to optimize the program design. Using value stream mapping method to optimize distribution logistics process; Optimizing warehouse management with ABC classification and vendor managed inventory (VMI); Adopting center of gravity method to reduce the number of warehouses. Through linear programming, optimizing the distribution route. The assessment method of the third-party logistics company shall adopt KPI assessment. Applying intelligent information system to logistics management to improve the efficiency of distribution logistics. Finally, in the concept of change, information system and other aspects of the implementation of the optimization plan to ensure that the optimization plan of distribution logistics can be implemented smoothly, to achieve the desired effect.
