制造业是促进我国经济发展的重要力量,为人民生活水平提高提供了物质保障。 党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,建设现代化经济体系的工作重心转 变为提升我国制造业的综合力量。H公司是国内装备制造业发展的优秀代表,凭借突 破性技术、优良品质、顶尖装备服务于制造业,助力我国实现由制造大国向制造强国 转变。在“中国制造2025”、“工业4.0”的新时代发展背景之下,基于H公司技术创 新环境、存在的问题和面临的挑战,深入探讨并为其技术创新战略提供建议,以帮助 其迈向制造装备业价值链中高端,将会为制造企业技术创新战略制定带来一定启示。 本研究将视角对准企业技术创新战略研究,总结梳理了H公司公司技术创新三 阶段发展历程。从组织治理与管理、业务发展、资金实力、技术能力与资源对H公 司内部环境进行分析,运用PEST方法对外部环境进行了总结,表明良好的内外部环 境都足以支撑H公司实施技术创新战略;同时,H公司存在着技术创新机制不完善、 核心技术水平有待加强、技术成果转化率不高等问题;基于波特五力模型,本研究从 行业竞争、潜在进入者风险、供应商定价能力、产品定价能力对H公司的机会与威 胁进行了分析,指出了H公司制定技术创新战略的重要性。 综合H公司内外部环境情况,技术创新面临的问题与机遇。本研究提出了H公 司技术创新战略目标、基本方针与原则,制定了“高差异、低成本”的技术创新战略。 具体技术创新战略实施措施包括:(1)建立全球技术研发中心;(2)选择新技术投入 与开发;(3)注重新产业应用投入。并且从企业战略整合、完善企业内部标准化体系、 数字化管理助推精益生产、集中资源获取优势融资四方面提出了技术创新战略实施的 保障措施。最后,本研究认为H公司以自主开发、不断创新作为公司长期稳定发展 的根本,技术创新战略定位为“高差异、低成本”;技术创新铸就产品核心优势,技 术创新保障高附加值是企业制定技术创新战略的核心出发点;本文为制造业技术创新 战略选择与制定、企业战略管理提供了思路。 关键词:技术创新战略、战略管理、制造业 II Abstract: ManufacturingindustryisanimportantforcetopromoteChina'seconomic developmentandprovidesmaterialguaranteefortheimprovementofpeople'sliving standards.Atthe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina(CPC), socialismwithChinesecharacteristicshasenteredanewera,andthefocusofbuildinga moderneconomicsystemhasshiftedtoenhancingthecomprehensivestrengthofChina's manufacturingindustry.HCompanyisanexcellentrepresentativeofthedevelopmentof domesticequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Withbreakthroughtechnology,excellent qualityandtop-notchequipment,ItservesthemanufacturingindustryandhelpsChinato transformfromamanufacturingpowertoamanufacturingpower."MadeinChinain 2025","industrial4.0"aneweraofdevelopmentbackground,basedontheHcompany technologyinnovationenvironment,problemsandchallenges,discussedandprovide Suggestionsfortheirtechnicalinnovationstrategy,tohelpthemtowardsindustryvalue chainofhigh-endmanufacturingequipment,willbringsomeinspirationsfor manufacturingenterprisetechnologyinnovationstrategy. Thisstudyfocusesontheresearchofenterprisetechnologyinnovationstrategyand summarizesthedevelopmentprocessofHCompany'stechnologyinnovationinthree stages.TheinternalenvironmentofHcompanyisanalyzedfromtheaspectsof organizationalgovernanceandmanagement,businessdevelopment,financialstrength, technicalabilityandresources,andtheexternalenvironmentissummarizedbyPEST method.ItshowsthatgoodinternalandexternalenvironmentissufficienttosupportThe implementationoftechnologicalinnovationstrategyofHcompany.Meanwhile,The technologicalinnovationmechanismofHCompanyisnotperfect,thelevelofcore technologyneedstobestrengthened,andtheconversionrateoftechnological achievementsisnothigh.BasedonSWOTandPorter'sfiveForcesmodel,thisstudy analyzestheopportunitiesandthreatsofHcompanyfromtheperspectivesofindustry competition,potentialentrantrisk,supplierpricingpowerandproductpricingpower,and pointsouttheimportanceofHcompany'stechnologicalinnovationstrategy. ComprehensiveHcompany'sinternalandexternalenvironment,problemsand opportunitiesfortechnologicalinnovation.Thisstudyputsforwardthestrategicobjectives, basicprinciplesandprinciplesoftechnologicalinnovationofHCompany,andformulates thetechnologicalinnovationstrategyof"highdifferenceandlowcost".Specificmeasures toimplementthetechnologyinnovationstrategyinclude:(1)theestablishmentofglobal III technologyresearchanddevelopmentcenter;(2)Selectnewtechnologyinputand development;(3)Payattentiontotheapplicationinputofnewindustries.Andfromthe enterprisestrategicintegration,improvetheinternalstandardizationsystem,digital managementtopromoteleanproduction,centralizedresourcestoobtainadvantageous financingfouraspectsoftheimplementationoftechnologyinnovationstrategyguarantee measures.Finally,thisstudybelievesthatHCompanytakesindependentdevelopmentand continuousinnovationasthebasisforitslong-termstabledevelopment,andits technologicalinnovationstrategyispositionedas"highdifferenceandlowcost".Itisthe corestartingpointforenterprisestomaketechnologyinnovationstrategythattechnology innovationbuildsthecoreadvantageofproductsandtechnologyinnovationguarantees highaddedvalue.Thispaperprovidessomeideasformanufacturingtechnology innovationstrategyselectionandformulationandenterprisestrategicmanagement.
