I Z建筑集团股份有限公司竞争力 评价与提升研究 研究生:曹大发 摘要 随着经济社会的飞速发展,中国建筑业在中国经济发展中的比重不断提高,在整个 经济社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在21世纪,建筑公司之间的竞争变得越来 越激烈。为了增强自身企业的综合竞争力和市场地位,不同类型的建筑企业已开始有效 地整合和利用资源,从而扩大经营规模并增加市场份额。如何提高建筑企业的综合竞争 优势,巩固其在国内外的市场地位,已成为建筑行业关注的热点。因此,研究建筑企业 的竞争力具有重要意义。 本文通过对Z建筑公司的分析,从宏观环境的角度分析了中国建筑业的竞争环境, 并用“波特五力”模型分析了中国建筑业的目前面临的五大竞争力。进一步运用SWOT的 分析方法对Z建筑公司的外部机遇和挑战及内部自身的优势和劣势进行了介绍与总结, 通过对Z建筑公司竞争力评价,提出了Z建筑公司目前存在的问题以及未来的发展战略, 并针对如何提升我国建筑企业竞争力的问题提出相关的对策建议。Z建筑公司应以内生 式发展、外向型发展、创新型发展、工业化与产业化发展、信息化发展为支撑和定位, 提高Z企业竞争力,提升竞争力策略主要为加强品质提升:优化管理体制、增强企业技 术创新能力、强化人才管理等。 研究结论得出目前建筑企业存在很多的机会,比如我国参与“一带一路”的倡议, 城市化发展迅速,市场经济呈现稳定状态,从而能够促进建筑行业的发展,但同时也存 在着比如绿色发展要求越来越高,“新常态”经济的提出,企业转型面临着挑战。基于 本文的研究结果,Z建筑公司要逐步的建立健全内部管理机制,加强内部品质提升,在 成本方面要加强其控制管理的能力,通过技术创新和革新,努力挖掘企业潜力,从而较 大幅度的增加企业的利润水平,加强对Z建筑公司资源整合能力,将企业的管理能力、 技术能力与外部环境有效的结合,不断促进Z建筑公司核心竞争能力的稳定发展地位。 关键词: 竞争战略;战略环境分析模型;PEST模型;SWOT 东南大学高级工商管理硕士学位论文 II Research on Evaluation and Promotion of Competitiveness about Z Construction Group Co., Ltd. Postgraduate: CAO Da-fa Supervisor:XU KangNing Southeast University Abstract With the rapid development of economy and society, the proportion of China's construction industry in China's economic development continues to increase, and plays an increasingly important role in the whole economic and social development. In the 21st century, the competition between construction companies becomes more and more fierce. In order to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness and market position, different types of construction enterprises have begun to effectively integrate and use resources, so as to expand the scale of operation and increase market share. How to improve the comprehensive competitive advantage of construction enterprises and consolidate their market position at home and abroad has become the focus of the construction industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Through the analysis of Z construction company, this paper analyzes the competitive environment of China's construction industry from the perspective of macro environment, and analyzes the five competitiveness of China's construction industry with the "Porter five forces" model. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis method is used to introduce and summarize the external opportunities and challenges of Z construction company and its own advantages and disadvantages. Through the evaluation of Z construction company's competitiveness, the paper puts forward the existing problems and future development strategies of Z construction company, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of China's construction enterprises. Z construction enterprises should be supported and positioned by endogenous development, export-oriented development, innovative development, industrialization and industrialization development, and information development, so as to improve the competitiveness of Z enterprises. The strategies to enhance competitiveness are mainly to enhance quality: optimize management system, enhance technological innovation ability of enterprises, and strengthen talent management. The research conclusions show that there are many opportunities for construction enterprises.
