当下,我国3000万在校大学生成为了消费金融的主要客户群体之一,在高校 消费金融市场发展起步的初期,各类消费贷平台层出不穷,为了获得高额的回报 不息通过欺诈、高息、强制消费等手段诱骗大学生进行消费贷款,对部分在校大 学生造成了不可挽回的伤害和极坏的社会影响。近年来,随着我国不断加大对非 法校园贷的严厉整治行动,非法校园消费金融平台逐步被驱逐出市场,但非法校 园贷仍有发生,又因为日益丰富的互联网消费场景,无时无刻都在刺激在校大学 生的消费需求,处于18到25岁之间的大学生在其毕业后也能成为未来消费金融 市场中的主力军,所以随着市场劣币逐步退出,商业银行的进入为净化高校消费 金融市场提供了重要帮助。 本研究旨在从在校大学生视角出发,对校园消费金融呈现的典型风险进行研 究,希望为商业银行切入校园消费金融市场提供规避风险的可行性建议。运用文 献研究法梳理了国内外学界对消费金融发展模式与风险控制的研究成果,对长尾 理论、风险控制理论和风险感知理论进行了归纳总结,为全文奠定了理论研究基 矗根据长尾理论从经济环境角度对商业银行切入消费金融市场的动因进行了分 析,同时对进入校园消费金融市场的政策、社会、技术等宏观要素进行了分析, 论证了开发校园金融市场的外部可行性。随后,又从商业银行自身具备的渠道、 模式、技术和渗透能力等方面对其开发校园金融市场的内部可行性进行了分析。 校园消费金融风险聚集和发生的潜在主体为校大学生,为了解在校大学生对消费 金融的感知风险,运用访谈法进行问卷调查。从统计结果分析,共债风险、欺诈 风险和获客风险是商业银行面临的三大风险。最后针对三大风险,从校银合作, 构建大学生征信体系,加强体制机制建设三个方面为商业银行规避校园金融风险 提出了可行性建议。 本次研究的创新之处在于从外部和内部分析了商业银行切入校园消费金融市 场的动因和可行性,从大学生的角度帮助商业银行了解校园消费金融市场的风险 点,在应对策略上将商业银行、社会、校园视为风险防范的共治体,为有效防控 风险提供了新的思路。 关键词:商业银行,校园消费金融,风险防控 湖北工业大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Atpresent,30millioncollegestudentsinChinahavebecomeoneofthemaincustomergroups ofconsumerfinance.Intheearlystageofthedevelopmentoftheconsumerfinancemarketin Collegesanduniversities,variousconsumerloanplatformsemergeinendlessly.Inordertoobtain highreturns,inordertolurecollegestudentstomakeconsumerloansthroughfraud,highinterest, forcedconsumptionandothermeans,somecollegestudentsareirreparablyhurtandextremelyBad socialimpact.Inrecentyears,withChina'sincreasingeffortstocrackdownonillegalcampusloans, theillegalcampusconsumerfinanceplatformhasleftalotofmarketvacuumafterbeingexpelled fromthemarket,andbecauseoftheincreasinglyrichInternetconsumptionscene,itisstimulating theconsumptiondemandofcollegestudentsallthetime.Collegestudentsaged18to25canalso becomethefutureconsumerfinanceaftergraduationAsthemainforceinthemarket,the introductionofbadmoneyandtheexpandingcampusconsumerfinancialmarketprovideagood opportunityforcommercialbankstoenterintotheUniversityconsumerfinancialmarket. Thepurposeofthisstudyistostudythetypicalrisksofcampusconsumerfinancefromthe perspectiveofcollegestudents,hopingtoprovidefeasiblesuggestionsforcommercialbankstocut intothecampusconsumerfinancemarket.Thispaperusesliteratureresearchmethodtosortoutthe researchresultsofdomesticandforeignacademiccirclesonthedevelopmentmodeandriskcontrol ofconsumerfinance,andsummarizesthelongtailtheory,riskcontroltheoryandriskperception theory,whichlaysatheoreticalresearchfoundationforthefulltext.Accordingtothelongtailtheory, thispaperanalyzesthereasonsforcommercialbankstoenterintotheconsumerfinancialmarket fromtheperspectiveofeconomicenvironment,andanalyzesthemacrofactorssuchaspolicies, societyandtechnologytoenterthecampusconsumerfinancialmarket,demonstratingtheexternal feasibilityofdevelopingthecampusfinancialmarket.Then,itanalyzestheinternalfeasibilityofthe developmentofcampusfinancialmarketfromthechannel,mode,technologyandpenetrationability ofcommercialbanks.Inordertounderstandthecollegestudents'perceptionoftheriskofconsumer finance,theinterviewmethodwasusedtoconductaquestionnairesurvey.Fromtheanalysisofthe statisticalresults,theriskofcommondebt,fraudandcustomeracquisitionarethethreemajorrisks facedbycommercialbanks.Finally,thepaperputsforwardfeasiblesuggestionsforcommercial bankstoavoidcampusfinancialrisksfromfouraspects:Universitybankcooperation,the constructionofCollegeStudents'creditsystem,thestrengtheningofsystemandmechanism 湖北工业大学硕士学位论文 III construction,andthecreationofanhonestandtrustworthyatmosphere.
